I hit a mini-wall yesterday with my raw food diet. My skin was so itchy, and I suddenly felt bored with my food options. I became worried that I was somehow hurting my body, and I felt confused as to what I should be eating. I wondered - is this self-love, or a science experiment?
Even though I am medically intuitive, sometimes it can be hard to see into myself when worries arise. Thankfully I have an incredible husband, who looked in with me and confirmed that indeed the raw food diet is very good for me right now.
Later on in the evening, it came to me that the high hystamine and itchiness was being caused by the onions and garlic I started eating again recently, to add flavor to the raw foods. Simple fix- I'm eliminating those again!
I share this with you because I know we are all moving into uncharted territory in many ways - changing our diets, changing relationships - and it can be a challenge to move through the uncertainty of the newness and trust ourselves.
We are used to fear being an indicator of something wrong, but in the realms outside duality there is no right or wrong, only things that need aligning and adjusting or clearing, so as to bring ourselves into greater congruency. Sometimes, fear just comes up when we are doing something new that is very good for us and highly aligned with our path. Developing self-trust is an important aspect of becoming a true creator. .

Happy New Moon in Taurus:)🌑🌸🌿🌳 In honor of this earthy moon I just walked in the rain and gathered flowers for my alter and ritual tonight. Another new moon practice will be making gut supportive sauerkraut with this gorgeous purple cabbage. Last new moon, I decided to start making kraut (something I used to do years ago) as means of setting healing intentions and supportive love for my gut. Caring for my gut is so important for my whole embodiment. Years of bulimia and anorexia really harmed it. Years of anxiety made it twist and turn. I have learned over the past 11 years of recovery and studying that your gut is home base for your body; healing and caring for it, especially with fermented foods, is so so important. Your gut hosts your immune system and enzymes to break down and absorb nutrients. It is also where your intuition lives. Your gut speaks to you with every growl. Your dreams and your insights come from your gut. It is the source of bodily and spiritual protection. Give it love, power and healing with fermented foods. Listen to it as you plant your seeds of love, creation and resistance. Your belly is powerful when supported by plant magic and love. Thank each flower, rain drop, plant and tree trunk with love and gratitude for mama earth's gifts. Eat plants today ( mushrooms and greens!) and maybe some sauerkraut to give your belly intuition love and grounding. Listen to what it says...you may get some insight into the seeds you need to plant. There is a first time for everything!! 😜😜 Today I ate kelp noodles with a salad and a hummus/nuts dressing. Made it up on the spot! 🙏 The taste was... ✨
Really good!! 👍 As a salad I had Some Chinese cabbage, spring onions and radish. My dressing was hummus (not raw), lemon juice, garlic, nut butter and coconut aminos. I really enjoyed the texture of raw kelp noodles! Have you ever tried them?

❗️DAY 12 of CLEANSE❗️ This is our produce situation, and what it's looked like for a long time. Although I've been eating a high raw, fruit diet for over a year now, sometimes when I take a step back and physically look at what we eat, I am in awe. Our kitchen is filled with more whole/plant foods, including a fridge filled with greens, veggies, and nut milks. Our snack cabinet consists of gluten free, organic, non-GMO goodies, including nut butters, jams, and dried fruits. As much as I track my progress, Michael's been there right a lot side me, healing, too, and I'm so proud of us! He may not be on a cleanse, into herbs, or dig deeper with fasts (although he did a water fast💪🏻), but he drinks lemon water and fresh juice daily, eats a whole food, plant-based diet, rich in raw fruits and veggies, and may indulge in vegan goodies (aka PB&J & chipotle 😆), but he feels better than ever. As much as it's good to be present or look forward, sometimes looking back gives you true perspective of just how far you've come when you may feel "stuck." I may not feel my best on this cleanse, I know my body craves those grounding cooked foods like potatoes at night, but I am grateful for everything that lead me to this point 🙏🏻 (swipe to see a portion of our fruit stash) 🤓🍌🍉🍇🍒🍑🥝🍓🍋 it's important to remember that this is YOUR healing journey, and your partner is not in your shoes. But it's equally as important to have that support and be able to walk this path together 👫💓
Yay I'm finally in control of my food again. Meloh and I went on a little adventure the past few days, and didn't stock up on fruit. (1 day turned into 3🙈) We were in the middle of nowhere. Although everything was organic, it was mostly grilled veggies and small fruit plates. We had an amazing time all in all though. Tons of wildlife and beautiful beaches up the cost. If you live in nor cal definitely check out @timbercoveresort today's smoothie is wild blueberries, banana, mango, lemon juice + zest, moringa and everlasting youth elixir. Fruit plate is organic watermelon, banana, oranges and mango. I've been finding killer organic produce at Costco lately. The mangoes are so sweet, they taste just like coconut and only 9$ a case. Its seeds are rich in oils and they contain 70% linoleic acid & 15% gamma linoleic acid, both poli-unsaturated omega 6 fatty acids. This makes it an ideal remedy against scaly, inflamed and dermatitic skin, because these two fatty acids strengthen the skin barrier and thus decrease the loss of liquids. People with atopic eczema have a metabolic disorder and their body has less anti-inflammatory gamma linoleic acid, which leads to the dry, itchy and scaly skin. Все ингредиенты можно брать в любых пропорциях, ориентируйтесь на наличие и свой вкус) Цифры привожу для ориентира."
🔹0,5 ст пророщенной зеленой гречки
🔹0,25 ст замоченных на час семян подсолнечника
🔹1 крупная морковь, потертая на тёрке
🔹1 ст/л льняной муки
Всё смешиваем миксером, формируем котлетки любой формы и помещаем в разогретую духовку на 180 С на 15 минут.
Чем больше морковки, тем более сладковатый приятный привкус получится.
Сыроедческий вариант: можно не засовывать в духовку, а намазать на бутерброд или скушать так.
