🏝🌅Brockton Villa “Coast Toast” Recipe~ 1 Loaf French (soft) bread sliced on an angle~ 1 Pint whipping cream (a must!)~ 5 Eggs~ 1/2 cup Orange juice~ 1/2 cup sugar (or less to your liking)~ Big pinch of salt (again to your taste... I like perfect balance of sweet n salty myself☺️)~ 2 Tbs. Vanilla *mix all ingredients together.. dip sliced bread in mixture until absorbed, butter frying pan each time you cook to LIGHT golden brown (as you are going to finish baking in oven) Lay them on your baking sheet ( I line with tin foil- no mess) once your tray is full, place in the oven at 275/300 degrees depending on your oven for 10-15 minuets until they puff up like a soufflé! Voila! Pertamakali seumur hidup bikin fondant cake. Curhat dikit ya. Nekat terima orderan bikin kue pake tema segala. Awalnya ragu terima secara ga pernah bikin. Tapi terus mikir kalo takut kapan belajarnya. Nekat okein terus browsing youtube, google semua. Ga lupa tanya2 ke master baker @ikekeidi. Maap ya sayy byk tny hihihi. Thanks udah mau digangguin. Bikinnya ternyata penuh perjuangan 😂 pertama bikin ganache utk cover taunya over whipped jadi ga bisa dipake. Akhirnya di cover buttercream aja. Pas covering Fondant pertama kali robek sana sini huhuhu.. Akhirnya ulang lagi ngulen si fondant, warnain, retouch ulang buttercream. Pas sukses pasang PR nya naruh toppernya. Segala gaya ga nempel akhirnya lepas dan niat pasang ntar on the spot. Last minute browsing nemu lem fondant homemade dari fondant yg dilelehin. Nempelll juga akhirnya. Si darth vader mau berdiri gagah 😅😅 ya ampunn segininya yaa bikin kue Fondant. Tp klo ditanya kapok ga, jawabnya ga hahaha.. Si @fitri_amb yg paling tau dan suka komen klo ga bisa dekor which is true hahaha.. Jadi panjang curhatnya. Oh ya tadi sih pas di tkp yg ultah excited liat kuenya.
