⬇️⬇️ingredients➡️➡️ 1. 4 ounces of any type of school glue, 2. Tide (clear or original) 3. 8 ounces of shaving foam, 4. corn starch, 5. a bowl to mix in, 6. something to mix with, 7. (optional) food dye
⬇️⬇️directions➡️➡️ 1. pour the the glue into the bowl, 2. measure 8 ounces of shaving foam, and then pour it into the bowl with the glue, 3. mix it until it looks like melted marshmallows🤗, 4. add the food dye (optional), 5. add the Tide, keep adding and mixing the Tide, glue , shaving foam and (optional) food dye until you have the consistency you would enjoy, then when that is all mixed up, add the Corn Starch, knead the Corn starch until the slime spreads like butter! Cartoned portobello mushroom soup, made AMAZING by adding turmeric, sage, garlic powder, zoodles, wild rice, roasted broccoli & brussels sprouts, roasted garlic, mushrooms, sweet potato rice & chorizo seitan! Doesn't look pretty, but it was delicious & filling 😋
Making meals like this is easy when you already have all of these things prepped in containers in the fridge! I'm constantly buying veggies & preparing them whenever I have spare time. Then I just combine everything to be a beautiful, colorful bowl!

This time last year I was playing around in my hives! The weather this spring has been much colder and the little honey bees haven't even had a chance to pull nectar from any blossoms yet (there is still snow on the ground 😝). A good beekeeper will always leave lots of honey for a long winter for the girls to nibble on from their hive honey reserves 🐝
Hey guys sorry I haven't been posting too much lately but I've been on a program for the last 3 weeks or so and have been putting on a little size before the summer shred!! Today I got an awesome phone call from my mom at the end of my workout that put a huge smile on my face. My mom told me that my sister (who is 11) got mad that my mom always packs her cookies and junk in between her dance classes and soccer games. "Can you bring me some protein and some rice or something" she asked my mom. It made my mamas heart melt as well as mine that an 11 year old girl wants to eat healthy because she sees her older brother and her dad always in the kitchen prepping meals. It made me realize how much of an impact we have on that amazing little girl and how blessed I am to influence someone. On that note, kill it in the gym and especially in the kitchen everyone! BOOM .
😍Strawberry guava Mojito.😌My perfect summer drink.
3 small strawberries
3-5 mint leaves
3 slices lime
2-3 oz guava nectar ( I use best brand)
1.5 oz St. Germaine
1.5 oz aged white rum
Club soda I muddle the mint leaves(torn), strawberries, and lime, then add the guava nectar and liquor. I stir really well and top with ice and club soda, or sometimes I shake it with ice and top with club soda. The guava nectar that I use is really sweet and really strong so you don't need very much of it. If your guava nectar isn't that sweet you may need to add some simple syrup.
Once I started my first cracker, oh dear I know I wouldn't stop till I licked the whole bowl 🙈
I know it doesn't look as excited as the shocking pinkbeets hummus, but still it's very delicious so why not 🤷🏻♀️😆
I didn't add any oil when blending my hummus, not that I'm against oil, but I snack on a lot of nuts through out the day so I try to limit my calories consumption that's all 😅
My Basic to-go hummus
1 can of beans, drained
2 Tbsp tahini
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1/2-1 lemon
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoke paprika (opt)
S&P •blend everything in food processor till smooth

2 ripe bananas (mashed)

2 T chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Grease a muffin tin with coconut oil
3. Combine all dry ingredients except chocolate chips
4. In a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients
5. Stir in chocolate chips
6. Fill each muffin tin 2/3 full
7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean

GUTEN MORGEN ALLE!
Für mich gleich zwei Mal heut, ich geh nämlich erstmal ins Bett und mein zweiter Morgen beginnt dann gegen 12 🤓
Vorher zeig ich euch noch mein gestriges Frühstück (schon die SneakPeak in der Story rausgehauen 😇). Diesmal habe ich bei @eattheball das Pflaumenmus mitbestellt 😍 100% Frucht ist schon superlativ! Musste ich endlich testen... Ich LIEBE Dampfnudeln mit Pflaumenfüllung und Vanillesauce! Ohne Dampfnudel, dafür aber "Dampfball". Ich weiß nicht warum ich nicht einfach mal ganz "normal" ein Brötchen essen kann... Ich habe Zutaten und dann ist Kopfkino und ich werde Koch- und backleidenschaftlich 😂 Zum Leidwesen von Mr. Klein, der nach so viel Mohnleidschaft der letzten Woche in der Küche quasi den Staubsaugerbeutel in den Vorratsschrank hätte stellen können weil er voller Mohn war 😂 Dann ist er auch mal leidenschaftlich - GENERVT 😂 😂
Mal zum⏺Ich hab den @eattheball aufgetaut und ausgehölt (mit einem Apfelentkerner ein Loch und dann mit einem Löffelende vorsichtig etwas Platz frei pulen), dann das Pflaumenmus mit etwas Wasser verdünnen und einfüllen. Den Dampfball auf die Vanillesauce (Vanilla Bomb Muscle Protein @food4champs mit Alpro Vanillemilch) stellen. Rhabarber fein schneiden und kurz anbraten, etwas Xucker dazu. Dann die rausgepulten Ballkrümel in der Pfanne rösten und auch etwas Xucker dazu. Beides hab ich mit dem Kokosölspray von @food4champs geröstet, um möglichst wenig Fett hinzu zu fügen. Mit dem Xucker werden die Ballkrümel wie Crunchies 😍 (Und landen so verwertet nicht im Staubsaugerbeutel - obwohl ich Platz gemacht und etwas Mohn daraus als Topping verwendet habe 😇) Rest selbsterklärend 😋 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
