I made these delicious 3 ingredient cookies the other day! They are so easy 😍 and completely vegan 🌱 perfect for breakfast on the go or as a snack. All you need is 1 cup of rolled oats, two ripe mashed bananas and 3 tbsp of peanut butter (I used crunchy to have some crunchy pieces in there 🥜). Mix the three ingredients together. The consistency should be like that of a wet cookie dough. Make little balls and put them on a baking tray. I made them a bit flatter because they don't rise or expand. Put them in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes and voila 🍪 I added some raisins but that is completely optional, you can also add dairy free choc chips or some nuts to make it more interesting 😊. Enjoy 👅

1 zucchini⠀
1 gul lök⠀
1 liter grönsaksbuljong⠀
Olivolja att fräsa i⠀
Salt⠀
Peppar⠀

Grön örtolja:⠀
2 dl basilikablad – löst packade⠀
2 dl korianderblad – löst packade⠀
2 dl persilja – löst packad⠀
1 vitlöksklyfta⠀
0,5 dl olivolja ⠀
⠀
1. Mixa basilika, koriander och persilja med en skalad vitlöksklyfta och olivolja till en slät smet.⠀
2. Koka pastan enligt anvisningarna på förpackningen. Ställ åt sidan.⠀
3. Skär sellerin och zucchinin i fina bitar. Skala och hacka löken. Fräs alltsammans i lite olivolja tills det mjuknat.⠀
4. Slå över grönsaksbuljong och låt soppan koka sakta i någon minut eller två. Tillsätt pastan och låt den bli varm. Smaka av med salt och peppar.⠀
5. Servera soppan med örtpeston.⠀

レモンクリームは乳化するようにしっかり混ぜましょう!

[材料]
ニョッキ 2人分
◎バター(無塩) 大さじ2
◎オリーブオイル 大さじ1
◎コンソメ出汁 50ml
レモン 1/2個分
生クリーム 200ml
塩、胡椒 適量
レモンミントなどのハーブ適量

[料理工程]
1.レモンは果汁を絞り、残った皮はとっておきます。
2.鍋に◎と1を入れて、1分程乳化させるように混ぜます。
3.2が白っぽくなったら、生クリームを加え、混ぜ合わせたら1で取っておいたレモンの皮を削り入れて、塩胡椒で味を整え、火を止めます。
4.ニョッキを規定の時間で茹で、3のソースに絡めます。
5.お皿に盛り付けて、ミント、レモンピールを乗せて完成です!

Ingredients: 
3 cups room temperature water
1 teaspoon dried turmeric root
1 teaspoon dried astragalus root
8 black peppercorns
5 cardamom pods
4 cloves
1 to 2 slices of fresh ginger root or 1 teaspoon dried ginger root pieces
Two cinnamon sticks
Pinch of organic rose petals
1 to 2 cups milk, dairy or nondairy 
Honey to taste

Directions: Crush the herbs (not including the rose petals) with a mortar and pestle if possible. Place the water in a pot along with the crushed herbs and bring to a gentle boil. Cover the pot and simmer the herbs for at least 20 minutes. Take the pot off the heat and add the rose petals, cover and steep for another 10 minutes. // Add enough milk to make your tea creamy and delicious, then carefully heat the tea to a nice temperature for drinking. Strain out the herbs and add honey to taste. Yum!

Dinner tonight was impromptu chicken sliders. Since I've done Weight Watchers before (dropped 27 pounds in 2011), I have  the skills to cook leaner meals. I use resets like this where I go back on plan after a lengthy hiatus to regain control of my portions. Here, my non-WW brain was telling me that I would hopefully survive on a measly two sliders and an entire medium potato's worth of oven fries.  Oven fries and ground chicken have both been vital ways to keep volume high and points low since I first started WW. Mindful eating (and the fact that I only had so many points left in the day), helped me see that I only needed half as much food as I had put in my plate. A few weeks ago, I would have eaten the full plate then spent the rest of the night bloated. But not now! #nonscalevictory!

5 oz (raw) ground chicken 
1 oz avocado
The oven fries were 4 sp per serving (only one serving in the pic) for just under 5 oz potato and a 1/2 tsp of oil, and the veggies were 1 sp for the oil. .

チョコレートと絹豆腐でとっても簡単なチョコタルトを作ってみました🍫
ケーキを食べることも多い時期ですが、市販のケーキとはひと味違う、ヘルシーでコクのあるタルトで、たくさんケーキを食べる時期でも食べ飽きることのないタルトに仕上げました✨
《材料 クラスト21cm型》
・薄力粉 200g ・メープルシロップ  60g
・油  60g
《材料 チョコフィリング21cm型》
a絹豆腐  1丁
aカカオパウダー  70g
aピーナッツバター  50g
aきな粉  10g
aメープルシロップ  90g
a塩  ひとつまみ
aブランデー  適量
bチョコレート  100g
bココナッツオイル  85g
《トッピング》
・フリーズドライのラズベリー 適量
《作り方》
<1>クラストを最初に作る。薄力粉、メープルシロップ、油を合わせてさっくり混ぜる。
<2><1>をタルト型に詰め180度に予熱したオーブンで20〜25分焼く。
<3>チョコフィリングを作る。aの材料を全てフードプロセッサーに入れ、滑らかになるまでフードプロセッサーにかける。
<4>細かく砕いたチョコレートとココナッツオイルをボウルに入れ湯せんで溶かす。
(動画では弱火にかけて溶かしました。高温にならないように気をつければこのやり方でもOK。)
<5><4>を<3>に流し込んで再びフードプロセッサーにかける。
<6><2>のタルトに流し込んで冷蔵庫に1時間ほど冷まし、フリーズドライのラズベリーをかけて完成。

a. Silk tofu: 1 pack
a. Cacao powder: 70g
a. Peanut butter: 50g
a. Roasted soybean flour: 10g
a. Maple syrup: 90g
a. Salt: a pinch
a. Brandy: a proper amount
b. Chocolate: 100g
b. Coconut oil: 85g
[How to make]
1. First, make crust. Mix weak flour, maple syrup and oil together.
2. Put step 1 into a mold. Pre heat an oven with 180 degree Celsius and bake 20~25 minutes.
3. Next, make chocolate filling. Put all ingredients “a” in a food processor and mix until it gets smooth.
4. Put chocolate chunk and coconut oil in a bowl and heat it up over hot water. (It can be boiled over a low heat as long as keep the heat low)
5. Pour step 4 into step 3 and put them in a processor again.
6. Pour step 5 into crust (step 2) and refrigerate 1 hour. Topping freeze-dried raspberry on top at last.

But to get this colour I mixed in a tbsp of @funktionalfoods Spirulina which I found in @aldiuk 😍
A great addition for a PROTEIN boost (6g!!) which aids repair & growth with not only muscles but hair and nails! 💁🏼😉

On est pas trop mal niveau calorique et répartition la, vous en pensez quoi ? C'est surtout mon repas préféré...

Apple Tea Cake
.
• 1 cup wholemeal SR flour
• 1/2 cup coconut sugar
• 1 egg
• 125g butter
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 red apples chopped
• Almond flakes + shredded coconut on top

Mix it all and bake at around 180° for 40-minutes. We served it will coconut cream drizzled over the top 👌🏼😋

Empezamos a definir✂️, el fitcocho no me ha salido tan potente pero igual de rico😍.

▪️1 huevo y 130 gr de claras.
▪️30 gr de harina de avena sabor neutro (@weiderspain).
👉🏻Mismo procedimiento que siempre: batimos claras y huevo a punto de nieve, mezclar con la harina de avena y al horno🔥.
