HCGDIET 2017 P2R1D7 (Yesterday) 142kg/313lb Breakfast! So fresh, so yummy... my favourite breakfast of all time is poached eggs on avocado toast, goats cheese and mushrooms. BUT I've had that a fair few times in the last year and now is time for this!! HCG. I didn't have a loss yesterday which is annoying but my mum said "big picture, at least you didn't put on weight". Too true mum!
Breakfast for me is either whatever toast/food the kids have left over as well as whatever I feel like for myself. I probably have more calories at breakfast most days than what I do for an entire day of HCG!
So action is better than no action. And not losing weight one day is better than gaining...it's all relative. 😊
Yesterday's lunch was a rocket and calamari salad with a dandelion tea. The salad wad off protocol but the only thing close enough. I wasn't prepared before we went out because I usually see what's around first. It was delicious though.
Dinner was brussel sprouts and chicken.

There is something very satisfying about cutting..shaping and creating from slate.. your never quite sure if it's going to behave 😁..over the past few weeks we have learned alot..and look forward to sharing photos of our wee projects and commissions ❤
Inner work becomes outer work. My home is starting to reflect the calm and lightness that I've been working to create within. Darker colors are lightened. Art is created to become windows of possibilities. Creativity is released and a form of expression. Perfection is pushed aside and acceptance is embraced. Do the work. It's not easy. It's not linear. But it's so worth it.
