Incorrect stance deadlifts
Need to be more conscious about keeping my elbows locked. If it wasn't for #hookgrip , my biceps would be on a one way trip to #snapcity .
Leg Day....First attempt at squats since the meet. Wrapped my knee to prevent excess pressure on the patella. Super happy that I️ had no issues or pain today. The weight isn’t heavy but I️ have to start somewhere and build back up. Had an MRI yesterday and will most likely get PRP injections and see how I️t goes. Results come back next week. Today’s workout:
Box Squats (6sec eccentric) 3x5
Smith Machine 3x12-15
Leg Press 3x20 (10slow/10fast)
Hamstring Curls 3x12
Jake going full blown Johnny DEPTH hitting some high bar high heeled paused squats at 290lbs 4x5. This strength program has him dialed in and ready to hit some big totals and PRs in the coming weeks.
