Started my peaking cycle with 195x1, 210x1, 212x1, 214x1 and finally this 216kg x 1. Finished with some block pulls at 205kg 2x2. Im in a very good place right now. The finish line is what matters most.

Working up to 2 heavy attempts for each lift  in preparation of a true re test. 
Squats: almost blacked out and my body went numb right out of the hole and i couldn't feel my legs. I Was able to stand up with it but I would have died without @dougstaley.shw and @rajih3858 catching me. That has never happened to me before but it shows the importance of good spotters even with weight you might be "comfortable with ". Bench: didn't know what to expect with my stupid shoulder  but managed to hit 340 then 355 wide grip for a pr. 
Deadlifts: hook grip conventional 495. It's actually starting to grow on me. @t_atwood 
Overall a really good day and glad I didn't die

My Latissimus, Scapula & Rear-delts were wound up so tight that I had no support when I would bench 300-400lbs. My shoulders would overcompensate which ultimately resulted in a rupture in the tendon in my left shoulder. Which my right shoulder overcompensated for resulting it needing more work than my left. @goatphysique right off the back knew exactly where to start and why all of this had even occurred. I can tell you my scapula and rear-delts let me know they’re present and accounted for this morning lol. @goatphysique thanks again and I can’t wait for the next sessions. .

Maintenance & recovery. I want to be forever young, but unfortunately life doesn’t work like that. As much as I have put my body through over the years I’ve never even once thought about maintaining my body and just going with the flow thinking time would never catch up to me or I’ll never get an injury because I feel good. Yet I wasn’t thinking about what’s going on internally. @goatphysique  definitely is mastering his craft with blading & cupping techniques. I definitely look forward to more sessions.
