Glute activation before and/or between sets when training legs is 100% a necessity for #bootygains 🍑 If your like me and struggle to activate (squeeze) your glutes when performing either a squat, deadlift, hip thrust etc then I highly suggest grabbing yourself a #resistancebands and throwing in some kickbacks before your next session. Reverse Grip Single Arm Row. Another favorite of mine and switch up from the traditional single Arm bent over Row. This movement hits the same muscle groups as the traditional Grip but focuses more on the lower part of the lats. Switching your grips up is very vital in creating a wide and strong defined back and can hit other areas of the muscle. On this particular movement, Pull and lead with the elbows. Go across the hips with your Pull.
