Today was a struggle. 😜
I felt like I was going in slow motion through most of my work out. I’m not sure why. Some days are just like that. And that’s OK. Not every day can be your best.
What’s most important is that you don’t let the struggle win. When you push through and do it anyway, that’s when the best results happen. 💪
Whether it’s your mind or your body that doesn’t want to cooperate, do it anyway. Give it your best effort. That effort may be different today than it was yesterday or will be tomorrow. Just give it 💯 of what you have today and watch the change happen! 🙌

Why/when did I join?: I started in beginning of Aug 2016. My wife encouraged me to give it a try and also some friends that were all ready members thought it would benefit me.
What is something I would tell someone?: Give it a try! You won't regret it! Don't make excuses, all the workouts can be scaled to meet your abilities no matter what they are. We have all walks of life at our gym. It's fun and we all encourage each other to excel not criticize and bring people down. It's a top notch facility with some of the best, knowledgeable coaches. If you can give 1 hour a day, 4 to 5 days a week you won't be disappointed and will love the results. I have lost 40 pounds, no longer require meds to control my blood pressure and just feel great! It benefits me with my profession and I just have so much more energy! Eating right helps also but comes easy when you put the time into your workout! What are you waiting for? You only get one body, take care of it and this is a great tool to help. Come join the fun, again you won't regret it! “Do something today that your future self will thank you for.” Jeremiah did just that a year ago and is reaping the benefits now! His drive, determination, and dedication are easy to see by all! He even goes the extra mile by taking advantage of his 24hr access and uses that time to critique his form and improve overall strength.
