Another day another work out ! Feeling super good lately light and full of energy today I got on the scale and was just amazed ! I can’t believe it I am 151 ! I started this journey officially with 100% effort and dedication on September 28 it’s been 18 days and I’ve managed to loose 14 lbs I can’t deal I’ve never had results like this well maybe bc I never wanted it this bad ! I don’t know if y’all have noticed but I have really been struggling with getting up in the mornings to workout. For YEARS my daily routine was to be working out by 430/5am and getting it out of the way because I knew when I got home I would be too tired to workout. Well, the past month or so the majority of my workouts have been home workouts with a few gym workouts sprinkled here and there. My home workouts have consisted of Pinterest finds, YouTube searches, and just workouts I’ve made up myself. Why am I telling you this? There should be NO EXCUSE as to why you can’t get your body moving for at least 30min 2-3 days a week. There are WAY TO MANY resources out there for you to have an excuse about not having a workout to do. If you want it bad enough, you will make it happen! Tonight’s home workout consisted of a great YouTube Upper body strength workout followed by 5 hill sprints with jumping jacks using the hill in front of my house. #onedayatatime#resultsnotexcuses#fuzion5fitness

Now some people and may look at these photos and think well I don't see much difference... But what is more important is the difference I FEEL!
