🍑 Closed leg kettle bell squats (YES do a partial squat!!!! It engages your glutes more 😉) .
🍑 Single Leg Deadlift .
🍑 Partial elevated resistance band deadlifts .
🍑 Donkey kicks on leg extension machine
TRY 10-12 of ea of these workouts without stoping to take a break !

I may not be a size zero, I may not have abs, I may not be able to wear the spandex shorts because my chubby thighs would have chub rub for days, but guess what? It’s taken me 23 years to fall in love with this body of mine. Rolls, love handles, curves, height and all. I was once told that girls aren’t supposed to be strong or lift, and don’t get big, guys don’t want a girl who lifts heavy. You know what though? I used to be super self conscious about my ability to lift just as much as guys, or that I was super tall. I guess it took me awhile to realize that I wasn’t meant to be dainty like other girls, I was meant to be strong like me. I was meant to come in, lift 250 pounds into the air, and slam it back down. I was meant to later bring girls into this world and I’ll be able to teach them that they’re able to breath fire just like their mom and that it’s okay to be strong and break past typical stereotypes for women.
