No filter I think in 7 weeks we didn’t do bad at all @brigi.german 👏🏻👏🏻🏆 Prep is hard in whatever scenario you gonna describe it as you have to work for your goal very hard ... is the life different .? Want a good job education good life respect you have to work for it .
Road for Sliwka just started and I am happy that we gonna continue it .! For me most important it’s respect and trust which my clients put into me , I hate bullshit lies and ungrateful People .! If you picking your road pick it wisely and with person who you gonna stay till the end.
One thing remember pick someone who will support you as well 👏🏻🏆💪🏻 Guys sky is a limit I hope all of yous will achieve your goals and be happy in your life’s .
Sometimes we stepping back but only to move on stronger ahead .

Before choosing between the way of a common life and the way of success, I suggest reading this steps
Success has to do with doing what has to be done in the best way possible, even often without the least will.
Success has to do with persistence.
Success has to do with discipline, get up early, sweat shirt, go for action.
Success has to do with studying while many are having fun or sleeping.
Success has to do with self-motivation combined with purpose.
Success has to do with will, lots of will. Hunger. Ghana.
Success is to stop making excuses and, instead of complaining, finding the solution.
Success is to give up:
• Give up your weekend;
• Time with your family;
• Give up not getting up from the warm bed in the winter;
• Go out on Saturday night parties.
Success is to continue and persevere even when it seems that the world is against you.
If this text gave you a basis on how to achieve success, calm down. This is just the surface, the tip of the iceberg, the theory. For in practice, the pain is intense, the tiredness paralyzes, but with an unwavering will, you move. Even if it gets there slowly, even if it takes time, you get there. Don’t worry about time.
Regardless of which way you choose, the time will pass in the same way. If you have read this and still want to succeed, prepare yourself. For success is a sport for the few.
It's a weird time the few weeks following a competition.. It's so easy to get stressed & worked up about your new diet & trying to refind some sort of balance and normality.
In the heart of off season, if you had a untracked treat or some ice cream, you wouldn't really care & not stress too much about it.🍧🍭🍩 (Or at least I wouldn't. 🤓) But now, at the start of my off season, I find my self stressing out slightly when I get a craving or go off plan.
How will this affect my physique?
can my metabolism handle these extra calories right now..?
Is this going to make me bloated & hold water for the next 3 days?
Should I, shouldn't I, should I, shouldn't I??? 😧😥😥 I need to remind myself of what's truly important in the grand scheme of things:
GETTING 👏🏻BETTER👏🏻 If I really sit down and think about why I care about adding bodyfat... the honest answer is, because OTHER people might notice & somehow judge me for it. That's totally the wrong head space to be going into a improvement season. 🙅🏻 Now, obviously I don't want to turn into a marshmallow only 3/4 weeks into my off season. 🐷
But you have to at some point let go of trying to stay lean & transition into focusing on growing, gaining muscle & ultimately putting back on some body fat. "You have to break a few eggs to make an omelette" 🍳

When someone decided to tell you that you don't have quads... That picture begs to differ 😑🙋
It's only when you look back at prep that you realise how ridiculous it was... The double sessions, the crazy strict on tracking of food.. it just confirms stage lean isn't even remotely sustainable.. 😑 In the moment I found it a walk in the park because I had tunnel vision and I was sooooo focused on the end result that any sense on what I was doing went out the window... 😶 .
Now that I'm reversing out I had my eyes brutally opened to how strict I was... I struggle with how I can relax my tracking slightly so I can allow for a non-tracked treat here and there and not get hyped up over it... A few nice meals out every so often isn't going to make me balloon just like a few salads won't make me skinny... 🙋🍦🍴
Dieting hard can make you have a bad relationship with food and it can be tough to fix that... So what if you eat more biscuits then you thought humanely possible... Draw a line there and then... And continue on with your day as normal!!! 😊 Don't do punishment cardio or feel guilty or restrict yourself more because sure the restrictions are what tend to make people over eat so don't get into the Binge- restriction diet cycle because thats not good for you... 🙈 Its okay to have biscuits and cake and what not... Food is yummy! Enjoy it!!😊🍦🙊 .

In a follow up to my last post on stages of fat loss ,here's a non filtered pic of my current condition with 7kg weight gain through reverse diet .
Reverse dieting is so important as I'm sure all of you that are coming away from the strict prep diet are discovering as the body has had a massive weight/fat loss through a restricted diet so it's only natural that as soon as you start your binging on the treats you missed so much after the show that your digestive system will not be able to handle the drastic change of food types with the massive increase in sugars and carbs causing your abdomen to bloat and swelling&water retention around your joints which can be dangerous if not managed with a controlled reverse diet to allow the body to regulate itself and return to normal daily function
I have only this year after 5 competitions and got the reverse diet correct well 80% which is good enough as I'm only human as well 😊
I did fall off the wagon initially for 3 days but corrected my food intake with healthier tasty choices that were not calorie dense and full of nutrition
Initially I gained 10kg in 48hours through incorrect foods and approx 8 lbs of water retention but once I made the appropriate changes in diet my body returned to a heathier weight of 95kgs which is about 3 kgs off my normal weight which is we're I'm currently at in this pic
Nice and full again and feeling great with strength
Training was Back at 5 sessions per week with cardio to keep everything flowing through the body & help the detox proceedings from such a stressful prep on the body
I do think that the diet reversal is such a hard thing for anyone to control when they are unaware of the massive struggle post show when most prep coaches will have walked away and not given thier clients the appropriate info to help them to return to normal living without the massive pit fall of excessive weight gain and in a lot of cases eating disorders as people need to realise your body does not want to be at such a low body fat and it's impossible to stay that lean so be sensible and do the right thing ,get the pics and let it go and enjoy a full balanced diet & smile again 😁rant over. 👍😁😁😁😁

In this sport YOU DON’T compete against others... you compete against YOURSELF!! Every day when you wake up to train and cook to eat, when you do fasting cardio and when you refuse dinners with friends!
This is the competition, the day of the stage you just show the body (results of your job) together with other people who are on the same journey.
I’m happy to have participated in the event alongside an athlete like @sergej_sochnev , which I did not have the opportunity to talk, but my friends did and they said that he is a very polite person and he has a very cool story, he is coming from other competitions and had dedicated the titles to his kids.
CONGRATULATIONS to this warrior and we will meet soon at the SPRING CLASSIC 2018.

I have made good progress each year which is all anyone can do or hope for so for me I returned to what I love "Training" straight away on Monday morning this week to start the rebuild for the future ?
