My top choices for white sugar alternatives are honey, rice malt syrup and coconut sugar if I need something granulated 🐝🍚🌴 There are sooo many options out there so I just keep it simple with those 3.
I don't use any artificial sweeteners or 'natural' sweeteners sold in the form of drops, powders etc. It's just not that 'natural' if in it's natural form it was a leaf and now it's a white powder (yes stevia products, I'm talking about you).

If you love cookies and love peanut butter, these cookies are the ultimate crunchy and nutty indulgence!! 🥜❤️🍪. This one bowl recipe was super easy to prepare and required minimal ingredients 👍🏻. For the cookies: (makes 12 standard sized cookies)
1 cup oat flour (oats blended to flour)
1/2 cup teff grain (otherwise almond meal, coconut flour or more oat flour)
1 cup peanut butter (3/4 cup for less nutty)
120g unsweetened apple purée
1 tsp vanilla
1/4-1/2 cup rice malt syrup or equivalent in other sweetner
Chopped chocolate or dried fruit to go on top.
1️⃣Place all ingredients in to a mixing bowl and mix till well combined.
2️⃣shape into flat cookie shapes and place spaced evenly on a tray covered with baking paper. Place chocolate or dried fruit on top of flat cookies.
3️⃣Bake for 15 minutes or until the cookies are slightly golden and still a bit soft in the middle.
