Just couldn’t resist a hot bowl of rice noodles during winter. This noodle place specializes in fish soup, a healthier choice and it’s also delicious.
🍜Rice noodles with fish soup | $56
The fish soup is very rich, great soup base for rice noodles. Also loving the dumplings which is huge in size stuffed with great mixture of well seasoned minced pork and leeks. I like adding marinated soft boiled egg to the noodle, perfectly cooked and great with fish soup.

As I pushed open the door to this cabin-like outpost on a side street off of Gerrard, I immediately felt the warmth in this cozy space. The clinking of tea glasses and slurping of steamy noodles greeted my ears as I watched the diners bobbing their heads to and from their bowls.
From the tiny kitchen came a clattering of pots and pans and lively conversation from the ladies running the show.
I started with the banh cuon, a rice noodle roll from Northern Vietnam. It’s prepared with a fermented rice batter and filled with a mixture of seasoned ground pork, shallots and wood ear mushrooms. It’s served alongside Vietnamese pork sausage, bean sprouts and nuoc cham for dipping.
Good banh cuon is extremely delicate and thin and I’m no expert as this was my first, but I do believe it’s one of Toronto’s best!
Noodles de arroz, uma opção super simples para juntar a legumes salteados. Basta colocá-los de molho em água morna até amolecerem e, depois, junte aos legumes com um pouco de tamari (molho de soja fermentado, sem glúten) ❤️ .
Rice noodles is a super simple meal, just add some sautéed vegetables and tamari (fermented soy sauce, gluten-free) ❤️
