#TBT to a few weeks ago when I did a #ripped60 and #rapidfit training at Freemotion. I had the honor of meeting/working with @vesnajacob 👍🏻 she is a master trainer in India, but one of the coolest things about her is that she brought #pilates to India! Seriously, how cool is that?! She was incredibly nice, oh and she told me I had great intercostals (my kind of compliment! 😉) fun day!
