It’s been a hell of a last 24 hours but damn do I feel like the creative juices have been flowing!
I blame the Miracle Morning! 😉
I think that’s what happens when you do the Miracle Morning.
Even before you’ve fully got all the pieces in places, something aligns.
Something just happens and you subconsciously know that you’re ready.
It’s like that quote from The Alchemist.
“When you want something, the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”
Is really up to you. What you feed your mind will have a great impact on what you become. Work hard towards achieving your goals no matter the circumstances. Learn from your setbacks and keep moving forward. Listening to Les Brown the other day, he said:" leap and grow your wings on your way down." Sometimes we are our own worst enemies, learn to shut that inner voice that wants to stop you. Believe in yours dreams, believe in yourself and believe God will get you through.
You were designed to be great at something. Don't let anyone tell you differently. Don't let anyone derail your passion or your desire to become great.
In the past I was never eager or supportive of supplement usage and that it is bad for your body and health. I then did research and found that most these supplements are just additions to our hormones, amino acids, creatine, proteins, and more already in our body system. We are just adding more by using supplements. In which that allows athletes who have it harder or slower to gain muscle or mass or lose weight or have a higher count of what our body produces, supplements help. I personally take what I take today because it allows for my body to grow and develop faster and as natural as possible (by natural I mean I purchase the most natural least ingredient healthiest and cleanest supplements I can find that compliment me). And it helps me. It helps me feel good and get my needed calories and macro intake when I have no time to eat.

#currentmood some people get to caught up in likes, and the non sense that comes with social media. "Models" 😂 and all that other BS slow your roll, work hard, and at most be humble. You may be hot stuff and have a ton of people liking your stuff but to the rest of the world you ain't shit lol I tend to not be a negative person and complain but definitely see way to much of this people acting better then others and it's annoying as hell 😂 end of rant, I need a shot of tequila and some lime with my salt today apparently
Honestly haven't been feeling too motivated lately but still hit the gym. Hitting the gym is always good but if you aren't focused, motivated or prepared you can risk injury. You must win those mental battles!!! I actually felt really focused and motivated today in the gym and I can personally feel the difference after the workout compared to the previous days. Nobody is perfect and we are susceptible to the demons that bring us down. We cannot do this alone, and nobody should ever feel alone. Have an amazing day everybody, attack it with all your might to overcome your obstacles or to keep them at bay. 🙏🏼💪🏻

I work hard, very hard. The hours are long, mornings are exhausting and my brain never stops... And I fucking LOVE it.
I will never stick to the status quo or do what others want me to do.
I never rant or post motivational quotes, but I'm ready to put it out there that shits about to change.
Risk and change excites me and pushes me to do what others say no to. I will fight against the grain and win... Just watch.
As of right now, I'm definitely not the lean bean I was a few weeks ago. For those of you who were wondering where I disappeared to and why I ended up not competing after prepping for the Muscle Beach show in Edmonton this year, I want to say that it was a huge disappointment for me that I wasn't able to hit the stage like I had initially planned. Unfortunately, at just around 3 weeks out, I faced both sickness and injury, and was unable to recuperate fast enough to feel ready for the show. I had asked for the opinion of a trusted individual, and after much thought, decided that I would not want to compete if I felt that the package I brought to the stage would not be my best. As sad as it was to not see the stage this year, I was still overjoyed to see another beautiful person, @jenaya_niessen compete with an awesome physique.
