Last week I showed up to Lang Fitness and Health with my body feeling out of sorts. I expressed to Michael how uneven my right and left sides of my body felt and the numbness I kept experiencing in my right arm. He suggested some Rossiter body work, and I haven't had these sensations since! Not only has the numbness gone away, but I left feeling taller and my body more open and refreshed. Definitely recommend for anyone needing muscular realignment.

It’s hard to explain but the Rossiter session was as if I could literally feel the muscles become more smooth beneath my skin. And, at the end of the first session I could completely touch my chin to my chest. I haven’t been able to do that in nearly 15 years! I would highly recommend this to anyone who sits at a computer for hours at a time.
Thanks so much!

The Rossiter work was amazing! I could feel my muscles open up instantaneously! I actually felt as if my chest was bigger by the end of the session! As a Bodybuilder, loosening up tight muscles felt like it gave me more confidence in my posture which will come in handy during competitions. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is serious about their workouts!
Michael has really helped me to improve my field goal kicking range in motion giving me extra distance on my kicks. Also has taken away all pain in my hip area from kicking. Kept me injury free and healthy this whole year! I highly recommend everyone no matter what you do to Michael! He will reduce all of your pain and also help keep your body healthy and prep you for sports seasons, get you in shape, etc.
10/10 would recommend it!

Hiking has become like church to me. It's an activity I can do without thinking much about the exercise component--I think about everything and nothing. I think about just putting one foot in front of the other. Breathing. Absorbing the scenery. Being blown away that as the sun rises the same landscape looks different with the changing light.
It's one of the biggest ways I've stayed in great shape these last few years, and I think it's so essential to find an exercise that you just LOVE. Something that will make you exited to wake up, to get up off the couch to go do. Try out some new things! And get yourself moving this week 💙💙💙
•HOLIDAY HOUSE•Welcome, ladies! Around 1892, Mr. Van Ingen , a very successful wool importer, asked Ehrick Rossiter, the renowned architect, to design a hotel on a hillside overlooking the Shepaug River as a memorial to his oldest daughter who died of Scarlet Fever. Completed in 1893, Holiday House was conceived as a vacation retreat for working class women affiliated with Saint Bartholomew’s Church in New York City. For just $7 the ladies could take a train to his private train stop, walk up the hillside and enjoy a country holiday of flower arranging, music, dancing, writing and events to immerse them in the local arts and culture of the Washington community. There is a written record by way of handwritten letter from one of the ladies expressing her gratitude for this life changing retreat which allowed her the introduction to a fine young man and his family and the happiest life she could have imagined. After the war the family did not wish to maintain the property and thus dismantled it and gifted the materials to other buildings around the local area. I spent many days walking the path up from the river bisecting the pine crest hills and imagining the excitement and aw of these ladies arriving to this spectacular home for the first time, leaving the city and stepping off the train into the embrace of Litchfield County's verdure. The foundation and the spirit of generosity remain and so I go and I sit and I say thank you.
