Lately I've been super sad about the idea of moving out of Michigan. Not because I'm not excited to move back to Washington, but because the idea of leaving my friends is hard. My entire "adult" life thus far has been in Michigan. I got my drivers license here, I graduated from both high school and college here, and have spent the last 10 and a half years here growing and discovering who I am. It is friendships like this that making moving especially hard. I am beyond thankful for our friendship. I know that distance and time will not tear us apart and that this friendship will be one I cherish for the rest of my life. So, so, so thankful for you Meggie and so glad I was able to see you this weekend. Big sis, little sis 💕👯 #tequilaplease#rotisseriechicken#sistasista
Keto Reset Diet // Day 3:Meal 3
•kale & brussel sprouts salad
•zucchini & squash
Today has been a difficult day for me... I’m coming off the sugar/carb dependency and have had a headache the whole day. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.
On the very same day that Paul Bocuse died we prepared this coquelet, a young rooster, exactly the way he always advised, only seasoning salt and pepper. That’s all one needs (well truffle would be nice too). Spit grilled in a professional rotisserie oven. For me it’s the best way to prepare a quality chicken like this. I often see dishes where the chicken is fried or smothered in sauces. No offense but that isn’t my cup of tea. This is so much better. #rippaulbocuse#coquelet#poussins#rotisseriechicken#spitgrill#homecooking#frommyownkitchen#comfortfood
The thing is, diet food doesnt have to be boring. Dieting is much more than chicken breast, salad and oats. Choose from a variety of low calorie(or lower calorie option like fat-free) food that you actually enjoy. Just dont go overboard and stay within your targetted calories(learn how to count them, its really simple!) This way you can actually enjoy your fat loss journey 😊

📍CONVENIENT WEIGHT LOSS FOODS📍
I'm always asked which foods are best for losing weight. Truth is, there are no "best" foods. No food will magically help you lose weight faster than any other...
However, one aspect of your food choices that can have a big impact on your ability to stay consistent is its convenience.
You see, most folks (including myself) don't have the time or patience or desire to spend hours a day cooking. They might stick to it at the start when they're uber motivated. Heck, maybe they keep it going for a couple weeks or months, too. But eventually, they reach a point where the time commitment's just too much.
That's why it's helpful to have a handful of convenient foods on deck for times when you're rushed or on the go. These six are some of my favorites, and they're staples in my day-to-day diet.
I'm curious to hear about some of YOUR favorite foods that are convenient and help you stay on track? Share 'em down below!
Friends, I made chicken soup tonight! Obviously full of chicken because #protein helps #gainz but it is super healthy and also full of #veggies that are hidden by the #chicken . Took a couple of recipes I found on the internet, combined the best parts, threw most of a #Costco#rotisseriechicken in the #slowcooker and walked away.
Still discovering new foods after a year of nothing but #TeamBeef ! Check out this newish spot #Shermans Grill & Rotisserie. Fantastic Greek Specialties in a very casual spot, the Old Sherman's Shore Store on Division St across from sister restaurants @kikisnyc and Forgetmenot. Give it a try if you're in the area or hitting up @metrographnyc for a movie. 🎥 #rotisseriechicken . #kebab#greekfood#greece .
