- Donc ici je vous présente un beurre corporel @thebodyshop , c’est le «Chocomania», je ne pense pas que vous pourrez le retrouver car je l’ai depuis presque 3 ans (oui c’est un peu tard pour enfin l’ouvrir😂)
- Je l’ai testé il n’y a pas longtemps et je l’aime beaucoup il sent les cookies moelleux au chocolat (très belle comparaison, je fais comme je peux😂)
-Au niveau de l’hydratation je le note à 10/10, par-fait😍 parcontre il sent tellement bon qu’on a envie de le manger (très mauvaise expérience de ma part, à ne JAMAIS reproduire🙅🏻) je me suis ensuite rendue compte que tout n’avait pas forcément le goût de l’odeur🙄
-Mais, il y a toujours un «mais» je vous conseille vraiment les beurres corporels @thebodyshop il y a beaucoup de choix malgré les prix assez élevé (19.99€, perso je l’ai eu à 9,99€ pendant les soldes, c’est à peu près passable) et ils durent longtemps⏰

HOMEST POST - I am feeling gross at the moment in all honesty 🙄🙄 I haven’t been able to gym, not feeling very well AND I have eaten A LOT of rubbish... and not just a few cakes here and there.. I mean a LOT 😅 I wanted to post this as I know everyone has times like this and you should never feel ashamed for ‘slipping up’ or going off track with anything in life! I think it’s important to use situations like this to help us be even better in the next week or whenever it is that you decide to properly focus into getting back on it! Today I am going to go to the gym and try and have a fairly good leg session and if it doesn’t go really well at least I tried... I have the week off work so I’m going to use it to rest lots, try and get my eating back to how it was before and also gym when I can! (I didn’t stay in Devon for the week in the end as we’re both feeling poorly💔💔) I hope you’re all having a good week and if any of you are feeling a bit rubbish like myself then remember this phase won’t last and you can easily get back on track! Just remember to try and stay positive which is what I am going to try and do too 👊🏽

Morning routines are great to start the day with a series of healthy habits. Here is an example of what I do:

It feels good to take a few moments in the morning to set my intentions and enjoy a cup of coffee. It only took the weekend to get out of my routine of waking up and reading (plus I left my book at work👎) and sleeping way past my alarm... As I get older I appreciate this time more and more in the morning and prefer to wake up earlier than sleep until the last possible minute and rush.
Mornings are... well mornings. There are a few things we have found to simplify things, like making lunches and laying out everything we need the night before.
Part of that for us is our daily oils. My little guy gets DDR and copaiba up his spine every morning and balance on his feet. Tying our oil usage to other habits helps us to stay consistent... And y'all, I'm discovering the real magic of oils lies in using them consistently.
What do you do to make mornings easier? And what oils do you use first thing?
3 of my essential elements to a good morning are:
1. Stretch- if you absolutely cannot get a quick workout in the morning, at least take 5-10 minutes to stretch.
2. Don't skip breakfast
3. Give yourself at least 10 minutes of quiet, alone time away from any screens.

The countless hours spent scrolling through social media or watching tv is generally where most people's "no time" goes. .
Set yourself 45mins-1hr a few times a week to do some sort of physical activity/prepare meals. Everything is a habit. Progress is a result of continuous habit. Quit making excuses and get that butt moving! 💪
