View from our past-life home rooftop 💚🙏🏽👫 No, seriously.. After wandering all day through thousands of temples and ruins of what used to be streets and agoras, we saw this little complex of abandoned pagodas covered in moss and grass, with its towers collapsing and no man made path leading there. There was a big sign with 'No entry' at the main arcade of the complex and the it was blocked with nailed pieces of wood. But the feeling was too strong: we had to go! Barefoot and during the hottest time of the day, we walked through throny bushes and finally we saw it- our home! We started checking every corner holding our breath and heart beating differently and saw our little cracked stairs going up on the roof. Alex kept telling me this story of us hundreds of years ago, how we used to spend our days soaking in the sun, with elephants playing in our backyard and about our little garden and the beautiful view of the city even pointing at where the library used to be. We spent here the rest of the day like it was a regular day at home; we sunbathe, Alex searched everywhere to see of we left anything behind, ate some fruits and listened to the whispering walls.. While walking back to this Realm, I had tears running down my face and a sense of happiness mixed with nostalgia. Life is magic!

Vegan enchiladas and a cranberry walnut salad🇲🇽🌱🌰. Shared this meal with my dad the other day and it was so good👅. I love taking people to vegan restaurants because it opens a door to new experiences for them. Veganism isn’t tasteless nor does it have to be boring in any way. I personally used to eat steak (years ago😷) SMOTHERED in seasoning (aka plants) and sauce before I even touched it🙅🏽. Plant foods have so much flavor are are so versatile when you know how to use them in dishes. If you’re new to a vegan lifestyle give yourself time to adjust. My friend messaged me a couple weeks ago saying how she went vegan and everything she ate tasted bland and gross and just a few days ago she messaged me again saying how her meals taste so good and are so flavorful! Taste buds actually change and adapt which is pretty cool if you think about it. 🤔
Anyways it’s Wednesday so happy hump dayyyyyy 🐪 can’t wait for the weekend 🙌🏼

I think that about half of these wraps consisted of leafy greens! Lucky I love them; for reasons including and beyond their flavour. Leafy greens are full of so many essential vitamins and Minerals such as Vitamin A, C, K and E as well as Calcium (yes you don't need cows milk to be healthy). The consumption of leafy greens has been linked to reduced cognitive decline in adults and also helps the skin to renew and repair itself. Don't be fooled though, not all leafy greens are equal, spinach which was the main green in my wraps has poor bioavailability, meaning that our bodies cannot easily absorb the nutrients that it contains. However, not to worry, these veggies are still great for you as they're full of fibre which keeps the digestive system healthy 🥕🌿🍅🌽

Oats, oats, oats... what would I do without them? Maybe you think I'm boring for always eating them, if you do then you've obviously never had good oats and you must be doing something wrong. They're so easy to make, pick any plant based milk you enjoy- I absolutely adore rice milk (it reminds me of my childhood eating rice cream out of a can)- add this milk to your oats and let them soak overnight. In the morning you can add any toppings you want including fruit, nuts, seeds, coconut yoghurt and spices (cinnamon is my fav!). This brekkie is so nutritious and such a time saver, it's a win win.
