And how many paintings have we seen of living Pigs, Chickens, Cows and swimming Fish, Dolphins and Sharks? We see paintings of these things because we see beauty in them, as they are. Unchanged. Fully natural. We are attracted to beauty in this raw natural form because it's what we are at our core. Food may make me mad sturdy, but hey, guess that's what the gym is for 😂
My weight fluctuates on a daily basis depending on how much I eat, how much I drink, etc., but I am in the process of teaching myself that IT IS OKAY. Bump scales and numbers. Your weight DOES NOT define your worth. Sure, it could be an adequate determinate of your physical health, but don't become so obsessed that it inhibits you from living your life. On the flip side, take care of yourself. You only have one body, one life. Don't waste it obsessing over the number on the scale, but also don't waste it by forgoing fitness/health altogether. Balance is everything. Find a happy medium and live your life as if each day were your last. Love what you do and do what you love. Keep putting them good vibes out into the universe xxx
The only diet I have ever heard of which people can thrive on year after year, where you can eat as much as you want; while staying lean and having more energy than you know what to do with..is a high carb vegan diet. I have been smashing in the carbs for almost two years now. I don't track calories but i think this one meal was north of 2000, which is more than i burn on 90% of my bike rides. Sugar makes you skinny, cycling makes you fit. Get a bike between your legs and CTFU! See you on the road!
