¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded⠀
¼ cup onion, chopped⠀
6 slices cooked bacon⠀
1 teaspoon garlic powder⠀
12 tablespoons sour cream⠀
Salt and pepper to taste⠀ ⠀

Es super sencillo prepararlo y es un delicioso acompañamiento para la proteina que eligas.  La preparación de este arroz hecho con el coliflor te da la sensación de que en verdad estas comiendo arroz pero no es asi. Mi versión que ves en la foto la sofrei un poco con aceite de coco ajicitos, curcuma, oregano, ajo picadito y coliflor rallada saltearlo muy bien para que adquiera consistencia crunchy luego tape baje el fuego y con mi olla de acero inoxidable marca #carico  no demore mas de 8 minutos y listo.  Al final aceitunas picaditas😎🍴🍲✔👍😍

Practically all of the flavors of a cheeseburger, but crumbled up over lettuce.  This casserole recreates some of those great flavors!⠀

Directions :
cut cauliflower into florets
Steam cauliflower until tender, add to food processor until mashed 
Let cauliflower cool, then put it into a dishcloth and ring out excess water
Add cheese, egg, and spices. Mix together until the end, add 1 teaspoon powder at a time
Roll batter into logs. 
Fry about 6-9 at a time. 
Let cool.

The cabbage adds a lot of crunch and the dish gets a light creaminess from Colby Jack cheese, which we will melt by steaming it with the lid on for a few minutes.⠀

These little breakfast bombs are best served lukewarm if freshly made, however, they will be softer in texture. They will also keep fine in the fridge and can be eaten cold when on the run. When chilled they are a little firmer in texture but I like that as it makes for a no mess, no fuss, scrummy breakfast.⠀

No gluten. No sugar, and no fake taste either (swerve!) Choosing the right brands I got it about 4g of carbs a slice (10 slices). Keep calm and keto on!!
