Momento "cheguei no topo do Cânion!
Boa semana pessoal! 😉✌️Uma semana abençoada a todos vocês! 🙌

Shoutout to Peta on her 10 min half marathon PR this weekend in Australia! This was her 1st half post baby number 3! Always impressed with Peta and her dedication to running. Pretty soon, we'll be back to working on her BQ race! Have to mention, Peta was my very 1st online athlete that took a chance on me back in 2015. Not only my 1st, but my 1st international athlete! Thrilled that this speedster is back at it and hungry for more!!
So it's Lab Week which means crazy amounts of food at work all week long. My original goal was to run every morning to make up for 🐽🐽 but today my body 100% said REST when I woke up. I've been meaning to get some speed training in which I definitely did at the marathon relay yesterday! Recovery socks under the scrubs today 👌🏼and back to running tomorrow #recovery#labweek2017
~Commitment is pushing yourself when no one else is around.~ My trail running buddies were busy today. Which meant I had to take my training to the road today. And trust me my views were not bad.☀️🌊 Coach @justin_runs_ogden wanted to give me a little push this week. Today's plan called for 6 hours on my feet and 6 hours is what happened. Well 6:04:58 to be exact. I knocked out 2:10 hours at the gym before taking my son to school and the rest after I dropped him off. Coach wanted avg. HR at 140 for the first run and 120-125 for the second. I hit 140 and 124. Pretty darn good!👍🏼I went thru 700 calories of @tailwindnutrition . Now to kick my feet up a bit and eat some food before picking up my son from school. Check out my #instastory for views on my run. ✌🏼🏃🏽♀️🌾🌴🌊 #ultrarunner#ultratraining#heartrate#heartratetraining#inknburn#gotailwind#altrarunning#goodr#feeturesrunning#octrailroadrunning#ocrunningmama
Ended the day with a "moderate" 20 minute HIIT bike session, followed by an "easy" (according to my heart rate, not my legs!) 2km run to stretch out. 🏃
Sorry for the lack of running pics lately, I definitely need to take some more soon. 📷 Anyway, here's a picture of me volunteering at London 😄
It looks like I'm missing a thumb, but nah I'm just a lil runner girl excited about her four easy miles today 😁 this week and the past few weeks are all about building a strong base before my half training starts next week, and IM SO EXCITED. Upping mileage a bit this week, so tomorrow is six miles of hills 🙆 have a happy Monday, I'll be drowning in anatomy homework the rest of the night!!!
Congratulations to all of the runners at the Naperville Women's Half & 5K! ✨🏃♀️
Yesterday was an amazing day. It was inspirational to see everyone out on the roads accomplishing their goals and dreams. Thank you to @pemraces and all of the volunteers who made it possible.
Did you run the #NapervilleWomensHalf yesterday? Let us know what you thought of the race in the comments below!
That's the face you make when you and your husband just spent half of your lunch break going over your marathon weather and course in detail. Easy 6 this morning with a questionable 26.2 on Saturday. This should be fun... until mile 24. 😐And the mantra plays on: Trust the training, trust the training.... 🏃🏽♀️
It's #MedalMonday 🇬🇧🏆
➡️ Did You Run Yesterday!?
Massive congrats to all those crazy #VLM finishers...
The London Marathon was not the only race held yesterday. Here's a selection of our #DidYouRunToday community members showing off their medals!
Congrats to all those featured; Mark, Sara, Kazza, Alan, Jane, Lindsay and Helen 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻💨
Sara even got a marriage proposal at the end of her race! Wooo!! ❤️💍👈🏼
Another awesome club run done with the 9min milers (actually more like 8:37mm this week but I'm definitely not complaining 😊) & run there too to get a couple of extra miles in (8.7 miles total).
I nearly ended up not going today, left the house then nearly turned back at 1 mile, but kept going & so glad I did. Running with a group is so great & makes every minute faster than alone which I love. The route was also awesome and went through a meadow I never knew existed 😍! One happy Gen. #runyourmindfree
2017 running goal progress : 419/1000km
We are home from our #weekendgetaway and getting all the snuggles from our sweet and crazy boys, while trying to get back into the swing of craziness! It's #medalMonday , so I've gotta show off my new bling! Did 3 recovery miles today, because you #NevermissaMonday . Legs felt pretty good, a little tight and sore, but that's to be expected! •
I've spent a lot of time today reflecting on yesterday's #FlyingPirateHalfMarathon . I am giddy over placing 2nd in my AG and 5th female overall. I do have one regret, though; one mistake that I will never make again. Before the race started yesterday, I was close to the front of the crowd in Corral A. I looked around me and saw "real runners" and decided to move my way towards the middle/back of the corral so that I wouldn't "get in the way of the runners as they blew by me". Because of that, I spent the first mile dodging in and out of people, stuck behind runners who were much slower, trying to pass people with very little space that wasn't covered in puddles. If I wouldn't have doubted myself, I would have gotten top 3 female and definitely won my AG. The women who finished 3rd and 4th were just a few seconds ahead of me, because they didn't doubt themselves.
I AM a real runner. I may not be tall, with lean legs that go on for days. I may have some jiggle around my midsection. I may not have a perfect stride, but damn it, this body can move! Never again will I allow doubt to creep in and rob me of what I've worked so hard for. Next time, I will be up in the front with those "real runners". Because I too, am a real freaking runner. #Ihavearunnersbody#irunthisbody#runstreak Day 1️⃣1️⃣4️⃣
One of my favourite moments from yesterday was surprising Kathleen at different points along the marathon route. Her page is still open if you'd like to donate to TACT Cymru http://www.justgiving.com/Kathleen-Jones7
