It’s been a while between running events for me lately but this one is very important to me.
Run Brave is an initiative to help those living with mental illness to manage their symptoms as well as reducing the stigma by bringing awareness and talking about it.
This is close to my heart... Founder of the initiative, Kate Butterfield, also knows this struggle all too well. As an ex police officer, Kate lives with PTSD. Running has quite literally saved her life and she wants to get the word out there how something as simple as running can impact on our lives in a positive way.
I am going to hopefully be running Brave on 4 November in the virtual run and want you all to join me. If I’m not running I will be walking Brave.

Desperately needed some me time today so headed out as fast as my legs would take me.
I honestly could have run to the edge of the world today just to get away but obviously the world doesn't have edges 😂😂😂so I made do with 5 miles and bagged myself a new post baby PB (25:22)

So I realized I have these books and I’ve never finished one 🤦♀️
if you could choose one to read, which one would you choose??
I feel like I need to focus on some self development because when I was consistently reading 15-20mins a day my mind felt focused and more relaxed.
