Marathon training day 21 .. what a busy day ! 😂... since I was up and out early passing my practical gym instructors ie already in the gym and having missed my core day yesterday I decided to do a weights session on my upper body in the gym after my exam 😊. So that was a nice 30 mins of using some muscle grouos I rarely work (there is every chance of some sore chest muscles in the morn). Of course being in a happy celebration kinda mood once home and fed I went for a mid afternoon muddy as, wet, cold what I would call 'fun run. You can decide how muddy you think I got from picture 2 😂😂. Ps I live to run through shit I swear it.
Todays food has been a little off to my norm high carb to be honest but anyways morning was 5 weetabix drowned in rice milk and a load of sugar poured on because apparently sugar makes you fat 😂😂. (it doesnt at all but it doesnt do much for ur teeth.. just rinse mouth out with water straight after and fuckin brush your teeth both morning and evening ya grubby gets 😂😂😂 ). Snacked on 2 oranges after the gym sesh... lunch was beans on toast (no fat spread). Evening meal is tones of salad (green leaves a plenty) new spuds (steamed... always steam veg if youre gonna cook it) and Ive got a nice spice bugger planned to go with that. Not exactly an awesome days grub but so fuckin what sometimes. This evening Im probs gonna have lots of water and oranges with more bates motel on netflix (while I stretch and roll these little legs of mine). And on the seventh day god said ffs who the shit watches coronation street its proper wank and nothing like manchester reality #dickheads 😂😂😂😈. Oh and thats bell bell in the 3rd pic .. just included that because omg shes gorgeous!

Day 5️⃣ ✔️ There was a lot to be happy about today: got into grad school,🎉 my coworkers got Savage's "Swing" stuck in my head, so naturally rocked a pretty sweet dance party 😎, followed my meal plan to a T, and crushed leg day!

🤣Day 4 in the books! Today's workout was called AAA...Arms, Abs, and 🍑‼️😂 Fueled by all natural preworkout, motivated by 90s jams dance party, and endured with nostalgic #zumba music! I'm all sorts of weird 😆🤣😂 Feel free to join me in the weird and reply to my story ⬆️⬆️⬆️with your own 90s jams!

Did you know you can regrow veggies from your food scraps? It’s pretty amazing to tend to them and so rewarding when they start to grow! As always, if you have any questions, I’ll do my best to answer them.
Around the end of October, my feet started getting sore. After Cross Country season finished, I decided to rest them for a few weeks. They did get better. As soon as I started running again, though, they got sore again. I was doing ice/hot Epsom salt baths every night, even twice a day. Finally, last week, I went to get new runners and the pain seems to be subsiding even though I'm running longer again. I often talk about stopping consumerism and being environmentally friendly. I knew that I should have replaced my runners after 6 months with the amount of kilometres I put on them. I didn't. I figured I could extend it a little longer and reduce the environmental impact slightly. Well, I was running on year and a month old runners... which led me to spend more time thinking about my feet than thinking about the environment. Looking back now, I see that my runners helped me help the environment. I used them so many times to run/walk/bike somewhere instead of driving. I used them to find happiness in my life which is better than going out to a clothing store and being momentarily happy. To conclude, get new runners people! Get them on time and keep running 🏃🏼🏃🏼♀️
We all have to start back somewhere!
Currently I don't have any races lined up for the year, but I want to start getting ready now! I'm starting up my tried and true half marathon training schedule (last night) and seeing where it takes me! This season I want to focus on injury prevention and speed 😎
Last night was my first run if the new year and it was more of a mental struggle; I can't tell you how hard it was to just get to the gym in the first place, let alone hit go on that #dreadmill 😣
You know the food is amazing when you have to stop eating to take a picture! 😂 heard so many amazing things about @foodmood178 I had to check it out! I was very impressed by the amount of vegan options on the menu and the staff was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what was vegan/how to make things vegan! If you are looking for well priced amazing Korean food in The market you need to check this place out!
