Create shoulder stabilization with this banded shoulder workout. With the band around your wrists stand on one leg, increasing more core activation, bring the band overhead with straight arms.
Keep light to medium tension on the band.
Try it for 2 - 4 sets and 15 - 20 reps.

I was afforded the wonderful opportunity to volunteer at the local library during the summer of 2017.☀️ I was asked to design an activity along with a craft and select a book to read to the young people in attendance. I chose one of my favorite books, "The monster at the end of this book"- written by John Stone , and decided to incorporate monster bookmarks as a supplement activity to the book.👩🏫📖 It brings me an immense amount of joy giving back to the community. My Saturday mornings were dedicated to volunteering at the local library. "Educate and create with crafts" is a program in which I share with the young learners a book and then we create a craft project to coincide with the book.❤ The goal is to create something the kids can take with them and encourage reading .The children had a wonderful time listening to the story ! The students created monster bookmarks and was encouraged to check out a book from the library, in which they did enthusiastically.
