Miso King Copper River Salmon over Sesame Soy Zoodles with Radishes and Mushrooms. I marinated the Salmon with miso, soy sauce, scallions, ginger, garlic, ponzu, lemon juice and rice wine vinegar. I used the leftover marinade to make a sauce for the stir fry. Can't wait to dig into this deliciousness! 😍😍😍 Have a great Sunday all!
Vacation is treating me SO well and I might never leave. I'm enjoying a break from everything, even cooking 🙊 although you betttt I miss my smoothie bowls! Taking full advantage of being away and having extra drinks, lots of good food and no schedule!
We drove down to Marco Island tonight for dinner and drinks. We stopped at the SpeakEasy for dinner where I had this lump crab meat over grilled tilapia in a lemon sauce 🤤🤤🤤 then went to CJ's On The Bay for drinks with a view!
