Missing these beautiful furbabies as we continue our journey onto Gili Air. I know for Bec staying with Kimbra was a dream come true, and can't you just see it?! .
Shar peis originally came from China, and the name in English translates to 'sand skin'.
Look who we caught up with on the other side of the world! Pastor Ken teaching Pastors and church leaders in Myanmar. Let’s keep him in prayer as he continues his journey to Yangon tomorrow (technically today in local time) #missions#myanmar#SEAsia
Number 2 on the list of rad festivals and parties is Songkran! Vietnam just made a history in the field of Soccer played by U23 Team vs Qatar.
Just right after the game, people were all excited to go out with their motorbikes raising their flags and all what you can hear were the beeping of the motorbikes, clashing of steels and voices in all corners of the street shouting their proud mainland. "Vietnam! Best of best!" So I decided to join the crowd and told my student, I wanna buy a flag! And so I did and started waving like a proud local (though I look like one) haha. I may not be a Vietnamese but I support for their team.
A crazy fun filled night indeed!

Did you know that it's possible to be blessed by a buddhist monk at Angkor Wat? There are monks throughout the temple, so find the one who calls to you, take off your shoes, sit on his mat, and donate what you find appropriate. -

The temple is considered the earliest centre for public education in Thailand, and the marble illustrations and inscriptions placed in the temple for public instruction have been recognized by UNESCO in its Memory of the World Programme. #watpho#watpo
This was a bizarre morning. It's 10am. Music is blaring. I could hear it from the trail. I followed the sound and ended up in this car park, where there are FOUR Karaoke trucks. Each truck had a queue of eager elderly Taiwanese men and woman, eagerly waiting to sing their hearts out. Uninhibited. All singers receive applause from the crowd. I was invited to sing, numerous times, but oh so unfortunately I can't read the Mandarin lyrics. Happy to spectate the event though, kind of like a free gig hey ✌🎤🎶
@nikkidolls is currently having a great time at our childcare project in Surin, Thailand. How can these gorgeous faces not make you smile?! Thanks for sending the photos across and brightening our week! 💙
The only person you should compare yourself to is Y O U. The only progress you should measure is your own.
Growth and progress are not linear and I had to remind myself that yesterday as I was filling out my training journal and reflecting on my runs from the last week. I had to remind myself that just because my speedwork is slower than others’ marathon pace doesn’t mean I’m not making progress. It’s the progress I’ve seen in myself and my mental game in these 3 short weeks of marathon training that tell me this time is going to be SO much better.
This week’s intention: Keep a growth mindset (and stay in your own damn lane.) ✨
