This spaghetti squash spaghetti was unreal! So full of flavor. Hit the spot for our Sunday evening dinner. (The leftovers for lunch were pretty awesome, too!)
We were shopping for the week ahead but hadn't planned that evening's dinner yet. Spaghetti squash was on sale so I looked up a simple recipe so we could take advantage of the price. We knew it would be good but this is a keeper!
We both like to save money wherever we can. Clean eating has the reputation of being expensive. In my experience this depends on how far you take the "clean" part. For the most part, I shop sales, use coupons, and grow what I can. Every little bit helps. Even the herbs on my window sill came in handy for this dinner!
Shop sales and google easy recipes. Try new things and explore the possibilities!
I do love trying new foods during pumpkin spice season. Found this yesterday at grocery store the cinnamon game is strong in this one and sort of dry but the dark chocolate saves it. 🎃🎃/🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃 #pumpkinspice#seasonseatings#chocolate

Here's a reason to get your 🙌 on a BEETsteak Burger today: our Chief of Produce Bennett Haynes has sourced 450 lbs. of beautiful XL golden beets from Breezy Hill Farm, a member of @tuscaroraorganic. He says, “Root crops can benefit from a relatively wet, cool summer – natural irrigation puts them under less stress, letting them grow to their full potential. The flavor is great too!”
