Try this one. TRX jumping squat. I did 4 rounds of 25 reps with 30 seconds rest between rounds. Killer creates a mega burn 🔥🔥🔥 This exercise is amazing. It works your legs core and upper body whilst also taxing your cardiovascular system. Be sure to land straight back into the squat to absorb the impact of landing and save your knees.
If you've never done them before start by doing 10 reps and each week add reps and also try to jump higher 😈

I usually don't cook up QUITE as much of a storm as I did on Sunday night.... but I wanted to challenge myself to get back in the meal-prep game. If you didn't know- I was also sharing that whole process with a fun little group of women through fb too 😍
What I learned from this experience:
It's never too late to hop back on the train of..."insert whatever it is you want to do here" , and I LOVE cooking. I've already felt the rockin' awesome benefits of being prepared for my week ahead and it even gives me more time to spend with my man!! Also- having a towel on hand and the hairs UP seriously helps! (Just make sure you aren't wiping your face with that same towel...😂🙈)
ENG I've been feeling completely off lately, struggling to even get my ass to work, let alone training. Nonetheless I have tried to keep training and going to the gym to at least maintain what I've earned through the last four months since I started training again.
So far I have also started taking B12 shots to prevent a possible B12 deficiency. It seems to be working fine so far because my energy levels are getting back.
ESP Me he sentido bastante decaído últimamente al punto de tener muchos problemas para levantar el trasero e ir a trabajar, no hablar de entrenar. Sin embargo he intentado de seguir entrenando y de ir al gym igual a mantener lo que gané estos últimos cuatro meses desde que volví a entrenar.
También empecé a darme inyecciones de B12 para tratar de prevenir una posible deficiencia y hasta ahora parece venir funcionando porque mis niveles de energía están volviendo a la normalidad.
