So this is a video with my wrists umder my shoulders. The wheel is fun because im just learning and starting to play with it. Its more challenging to do it this way opposed to having my arms further out for more support. Whe they are out a handprint more or so from the wheel like in two videos ago, I can stay up longer and feel through the alignment. Bone stacking is for sure the goal here in this pose. I feel a longer line from my back to my hands using the wheel. Im excited for growth using this prop.
