Detail of #workinprogress Judith.
Copying (old) masters is so much fun to do!
And it teaches me tricks that are usable for future paintings.
Judith has this very strong presence with subtle details that actually keep the composition together.
Well I did it - I finally opened up my @redbubble shop! I've been really stressed out, what with school work and all, but I've been most stressed out about money. Buying art supplies and *real* food gets expensive and I never got that job I was supposed to for the semester so I've really had to budget myself. Hopefully this helps out at least a little. I've posted several of my works up on here in all of the products shown and more. I'd really appreciate it if some of you all went and checked it out - even if you don't buy anything (even likes are nice) - maybe point some people my way. Every bit counts. Thank you so much in advance to everyone who checks it out and especially to anyone who buys anything. You all are great ❤
p.s. always feel free to DM me if you're interested in any of my originals
Y’all!! I’m going to be selling my original artwork from Instagram!! DM me if you have a specific request OR if I post a drawing that you would like to buy (with the caption saying that it’s for sale). A simple drawing like this would be about $10 (single subject), while a realism portrait would be about $25 (single subject).
Thank you guys for all your support!
Comment or DM if you have any questions.

Rum Balls. More specifically, rum balls with dried apricots, walnuts and a touch of cinnamon. I had a failed cake layer from a couple of days age (long story) but I didn’t want to waste it. So I broke it up, toasted it a bit in the oven, processed it with walnuts, apricots, that touch of cinnamon and rum. Lots of rum. (I don’t measure. Oops.) 🥃 They get boozier as they sit. I guess they marinate? Who wants one?
I wanted to share my new acquisition!!! A piece from Allison Zuckerman a very young artist based in New York. I find her work very fun and it reminds me of George Condo and a little of Picasso. On an interview she said: "I'm inspired by artwork that performs, excites, and entertains. My pop-surrealist work, maximalist in its presentation, in suspended between high seriousness and ridiculousness. The theatrics of feminine emotion, pushed to the brink of hyperbole, ignite my mischievous, irreverent, cannibalistic, and cynical artistic practice". #allisonzuckerman#young_art_collector#kravetswehbygallery#nycartist#nycart#youngartist
