I️ didn’t add any carbs to this meal being that there’s LOTS of breadcrumbs on that piece of chicken! And added lots of fresh locally grown green beans, which are my fav! 🍎 Holiday Cran-Apple Sangria 🍎 .
1/2 c. whole cranberries
2 apples, diced and tossed with lemon juice
1 c. apple cider
1/4 c. cranberry juice
1 bottle white wine
1 c. Seltzer water
Thinly sliced apple, for garnish
Add fresh fruit to a medium pitcher. Pour wine, cranberry juice, apple cider and seltzer over the fruit. Stir to combine. Cover pitcher and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Serve with thin apple slices for garnish.
