Signs of Physical Exhaustion
Physical exhaustion develops as a normal response to overexertion or not adequately resting between periods of physical activity. No matter the cause, physical exhaustion is a serious condition that should not be overlooked. Rest and recovery help you recover from exhaustion.
Although tiredness and fatigue occur after you've exerted yourself, you may be experiencing an increased level of fatigue. If you notice a significant drop in energy levels, then you may be experiencing physical exhaustion. Your body's depleted energy stores are causing you to feel tired, indicating a need to recover and refuel before being physically active again.
CONSTANT MUSCLE ACHING

This is my 85 year old client, who basically is my adopted grandpa.😁He had a total right knee replacement, total left hip replacement, and 2 back surgeries that placed a rod and pins in his thoracic and lumbar spine. Couple months ago he could barely move. He was not able even sit or ly down without severe back and leg pain. Now look at him...he’s able to keep his core engaged, keep his pelvis in neutral while in motion. 🙌 He is my toughest client yet. His only wish is to be able to walk and move without any pain! It is so important to take care of you body inside and out. So proud of his hard work and determination. ❤️#personaltrainer#keepmoving#rehab#physicaltherapy#backpain#sciatica#seniors#ojisan
Welp, it’s officially winter break around here and also #seniorsunday ! I hope you have plans to relax and refresh during the holiday season. We can get so busy with outings, and parties, and shopping... My favorite times of Christmas are cozying up with my two men and a puppy head (or three) in my lap!
Spending time with family is always a win over the holiday season. I think that's why family sessions are quickly becoming my favorites! With outcomes like this how could they not!? I think for this shoot this group had me laughing the whole time!
