We are created to enjoy life & others! I remember a time when I was striving to be a good mom, make enough money 💰volunteer, keep a clean house, stay organized. Ugh, so exhausting. We put so much pressure on ourselves to perform.
I’m so thankful God showed me a better way. It’s ok to have fun! I’m created in His image & He is fun!
I let Him do the the hard work & I trust He will cover my business, provide for me, meet my needs. What a relief!
I get to serve, love others, share about Him, teach, work ~>> all out of love instead of fear or necessity! @kelseybrewerphoto @kathleenchu @whitney_hay @stevieroachh @stacielynn64
Paul Woodington, a pilot with MAF Papua New Guinea, recalls a medevac flight which happened just before Christmas 2017. Thanks to quick thinking, good decision making and trust in God, Paul managed to help two severely ill patients, including the son of a missionary partner, reach the medical care they needed. S is for Selfless, Serve, Sacrifice. 💜 But lately, it’s also stood for Sanity, because through this WHOLE crazy process of starting Selfie to Selfless, I’ve had to check multiple times that I still have my sanity! 💯🙄🤦🏼♀️ Have you ever followed God so far down an unknown path, that you’re not even sure where it’s leading anymore? 🙋🏾♀️🙋🏼♀️🙋🏿♀️🙋🏽♀️🙋🏻♀️ This feeling brings me back to the verse which keeps me going; “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not harm you. Plans to give you a HOPE & a future.” -Jeremiah 29:11 ✨✨✨✨ As long as God keeps leading, ill just keep following. AMEN. .
We try to teach our kids as much as we can about other cultures so hopefully one day when we reach our goal of living abroad as a family and serving in various countries, they will have a love and appreciation for all of walks of life and view commonalities instead of differences. A few years ago we focused our efforts on saving money to buy mosquito nets for children in Africa. We used a little tin can and put a picture of this family (below) on it and every time Beckham did a chore around the house or we had some extra money we put it in the jar. By the end of the month we saved enough to buy quite a few nets. Every time Beckham saw a mosquito he thought about and commented on this experience ❤️❤️ #kidshavesuchbighearts
"I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something; and because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do something that I can do." - Helen Keller
That time when we volunteered for Feed The Hungry!🙏 I believe that we can all make a difference in so many ways. We are all humans and we all make mistakes. But we are never entitled to criticize others from their own misfortunes. 🌍✌
So joyful to witness CYC grew into thousands of people and now we are even expanding to satellite churches--Seeing the church grow means the demand for man power to serve in ministry is also growing. Therefore , do join our ministry crews and serve the Lord with us in this big family.
Truly proud to see them setting up the booths. May God remember all the ministry crews who has given their time and lives to the Lord and this church. In 2018, set a goal or target to join our big ministry family, let’s serve Him wholeheartedly!
We had such an amazing Sunday! Thank you Pastor Luis “Huicho” for such a great word of encouragement. Romans 12:1

"#Pleiades - Refining #Galactic Lineage- All of us affect the entire #holographic#reality through our #individual#evolution . When #one person #evolves , so does the #whole . Even though it seems as if we are housed in separate bodies and live separate lives, this life in the physical is not really the #true reality. Instead, there is only one #conscious#intelligence in #creation that is seeing through the multitude of eyes. This card represents how your #choices and your #growth lessons dramatically #serve to refine and evolve #creation itself. Seen from a galactic perspective, when one planetary civilization evolves, so does the #whole galactic family. Every choice you make affects not only the future you but the past you as well. Time and space are #illusions . You #heal the past and #create the future from present #moment only. When you walk a conscious #spiritual path, you affect others and thus ensure the evolution of the galactic family. You are being asked to understand this and trust that your conscious actions, made with #integrity and #wisdom , ripple outward and have a greater purpose. I think I’m fighting with church right now. I’m tired of giving everything and still feeling like we aren’t getting the point. It’s not about doing things right, it’s about loving people. Serve more, volunteer more, give more to the church. I’m tired, when do I get to invest in myself. Can I give some grace to myself and rest? Can I spend time with people that love me and build me up? I don’t understand why those things can’t coincide with my faith community. I just feel out of balance. My spiritual life and church life aren’t aligned.
New YTT destination 🤙Seychelles is in the works... late 2018! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️As we continue to seek the beauty and soak in the knowledge the world has to offer it is mandatory that we PROTECT MOTHER EARTH 🌏 we must be a louder voice for mama earth behind the scenes. Raise your actions for her 🙌 Where can you change your habits? What are you doing that contributes to the problem? Are you strong enough to make these changes even when it’s inconvenient?? ... we must act together so we can all continue to explore mama E’s shores and lands, navigating our dreams amongst her beauty!
This conversation was long over due but definitely worth the wait. The energy that was in this room was so authentic and humbling. I truly enjoyed your wisdom @marcusyrosier let’s continue to build. Thanks for sharing your time.
When we speak of success, it can be defined in so many ways depending on the interpreter. When we speak of finding success, majority of us lose sight of what success means to us. We redefine our belief system for a temporary gratification. Serving is so intertwined with value. The willingness to serve produces a giving mentality that values someone or something so much we feel obligated to give. Remember, valuable people attract people of value.
I am a 40 year old mother.
I show women every day how to find to feel the best they have ever felt, despite their age, weight or circumstances.
I have stretch marks.
I have anxiety.
I am an entrepreneur who has built a massive organization and shows others how to do the same.
I impact lives globally.
I let go of people judging me.
I pray and give thanks daily.
I am in love with the profession of referral marketing and it’s uncapped limits.
I am unapologetic in my evolution.
I am a confidant.
I have a crystal clear vision of where I’m going and who I’m here to serve.
Sometimes I throw on a dress because I’m too lazy to match two items of clothing.
What you see online is what you see in person.
I love myself.
Sometimes I yell at my kids.
I don’t filter all my pictures.
I help families become financially free.
I have gray hair, and can barely stay awake past 930pm.
I have cellulite that I can see with my eyes.
I don’t count calories.
I eat bread and I eat kale.
I am healthy.
I have suffered loss.
I am not perfect.
I have failed many, many times.
I am loved beyond belief.
I do not need to have a perfect body.
I am called to lift others up.
My purpose in life is to help others unleash the life they lay in bed thinking about every night.
I have finally found exactly who I am.
When I moved to Hollywood I envisioned all these things I would do and become.
I thought it was kismet that I was arriving here during such a pivotal time, when darkness was being unveiled.
I'd serve others and help them heal as this hypnotist/NLP practitioner that I've spent the past 3 years becoming.
Rather I've found myself in this place of transition. I've found anxieties and doubts and a questioning mind and wondering if that once pondered goal will become a reality.
And for a while there I wanted to clean the mess. Sort out the issues and my mind. As if feeling lost for a moment in time was a bad thing. Something to quickly bypass. Something to be ashamed of.
But each day I'm learning to honor the present, the process. Not to sweep things under the rug but to live in that space of the uncomfortable.
People get tripped up by transition.
They're so used to doing and becoming. And thinking of the future or pondering the past.
When transition is about healing and simply being in the now. This is where our power lies. To accept our what is.
It's where we plant the seeds.
Where we strengthen the foundation. And what will inevitably grow from this tomorrow will be stronger, bolder and healthier than yesterday. For today IS preparing us for that tomorrow.
So honor where you're at.
Because it's all happening on purpose.
Proud to represent my @offthemat "Yoga Is..." tank because yoga is social justice, equality, environmental, recovery and so much more! We are taught in the Gita about our dharma and our duty to serve. We may not always understand or know in what capacity but we are called to the work. I've often wondered what the dialogue would be if Krishna had the same conversations with Arjunas brothers and sisters on the other front lines. To my knowledge, it would probably be the same, as the story is universal. .
Listen to the messages your body is communicating to you. Listen to them from all angles. You are your own guru. You have the power to transform and to heal, to grieve and to celebrate, to be happy and to be free! .
What is yoga to you?
#realtalk It's uncomfortable for me to admit that this is something that I have to remind myself from time to time, especially when I first became self-employed mid of last year. Giving to others (talking specifically about monetary here) had been easy with a fixed income and I did it as casually and often as I can.
But when I first became self-employed, there's this nagging sense of scarcity and fear at the back of my head. It sounded a bit like this:"I have to take care of my own now and the journey is going to be rough. I can't afford to give financially right now." While that voice sounds logical, it never did sit well with me. =( And I never believed that I can only give when I become successful in the future. Then, I read a book about Rich Devos and his habit of giving, "Don't think of it as your money. Think of it as the Lord's. If you don't claim it as your own, you won't miss it when you give it to God. But if you put it in your pocket first, it will be hard to give it away. Something inside you will say, No! That's my money!" That really helped to change my mindset on giving. To be able to still give (even a smaller amount) during the times when I needed the most lies the challenge and that's where the thought, "It's OK, I'll be able to make more/create more of this soon." or "This money has been given to me to do good work." really helps!
I definitely haven't nailed it yet. I still remind myself from time to time whenever fear/scarcity comes up. But it's definitely a mindset that has served me better than the former. And I'm truly blessed to have met people who had willingly given so much to me in various ways. If that's not creating abundance, I don't know what is. =) #giving#abundance#positivemindset#transformation#lifekey#serve#gratitude#learning#richdevos#inspiration#bigheart#love#giveuntilitfeelsgood#amwaymy
