Toe squat is super effective in working into the tight connective tissue of the feet. It can also prevent or bring relief from Plantar Fasciitis. Come down onto your knees and use your fingers to spread your toes apart. Sink your seat back down onto your heals, and breathe! Surprisingly intense! Too intense? Take a break for a minute or two and give it another shot. Working up to a minute will make a world of difference! In addition make sure to drink lots of water, as the ligaments of the feet can take on the consistency of beef jerky when we are dehydrated (gross yet effective imagery).
