Monday Motivation: Take charge and start bringing homemade lunches to work! 💪🏽
1. You'll be in full control of what and how much you are consuming. It's true that you are what you eat; and the best way to know what you're eating is by getting your own hands dirty in the kitchen!
2. Cooking at home saves you a lot of money!
Eating healthy foods at cafés/restaurants gets pretty costly, so making healthy meals at home is a much better budget-friendly option.
Eating Quinoa at home instead of restaurants will save you at least $8 every meal.
3. Cooking healthy food at home is really not that hard! Our Asian Quinoa packs cook in 2 steps under 15minutes. All you have to do is throw it in a rice cooker, forget about it and BOOM! You've got yourself a tasty, healthy lunch to-go 😉
Try it! Bring your homecooked lunch to work, snap a picture and tag us 😁

"Taro dumpling" or "Yam puff" (芋头角)is a variety of dim sum served within Chinese cuisine. It is a standard dish in dim sum restaurants in Hong Kong and around the world. Among overseas Chinatowns, it is often sold as a Chinese pastry. The outer shell is made from a thick layer of taro that has been boiled and mashed. The filling is made from seasoned ground pork. The dumpling is deep fried, and the outermost layer of taro becomes crisp, light, and fluffy.
Sunday brunch! Having oats a little different style as my usual oats. Savory style. Managed to secure a ready to eat whole roasted chicken from "Giant" 1/2 hr b4 closing at 50% discount. Had it with oats, waffles & Grapes.
