Where has July gone? The last three weeks have been filled with so much travel and parties...my birthday and July 4th, rich and spicy creole food in NOLA and hearty Texas BBQ, and even the work days have been crazy.
But tomorrow I'm hitting the reset button. I'm back on schedule and back on track.
Simple but challenging workouts, simple nutrition. And a separate small group to really focus on our goals with this program for the next 3 weeks. I've got room for ONLY 3 more people to join me that are not coaches or working with a coach.
