Fantastic results from Lana over her 13 week program - 6.5kg down "I had a great experience with Shannon, she is not only a great nutritionist but an amazing person who is always there for her clients when they need support. I had 13 weeks of dieting and I lost 6 kilos within that period (I was not able to reach this weight on my own for years and years of training). She was offering great support through all the stages and was always giving very useful advices. My attitude towards food has changed completely. Not only did I stopped being scared of certain foods, especially carbs but started making better choices and now I do not struggle with my diet at all. Sometimes it is really easy to get lost in all the different suggestions and modern fancy diets we see online thus it is really important to have someone who will guide you to the right direction. Shannon’s diet helped me to start enjoying food again and I feel great about it."

Some people equate having a 6 pack or being shredded to being HEALTHY. But do they have a healthy relationship with themselves, are they really physically and mentally healthy or even just happy? You can't be happy if you're defining happiness as only being shredded and not having a healthy relationship with food or yourself.
Olaaaa! Ik heb vanochtend al heerlijk gesport 👌Het was op de heenweg nog een beetje fris op de fiets, maar op de terugweg was het al een stuk beter 🌞 Nu even flink eten en dan genieten van deze dag 🙌 Have fun today 💋

I'm 5 weeks away from the end of my off season.
Yesterday my check in was 142lbs. Im up 45lbs. Some muscle, some fluff, some anxiety. For a recovered anorexic, that was half of my weight not very long ago...I struggle daily with my look, not asking for an early prep and not starting a vicious, destructive cycle over again. Overall, more than my muscle gain, I'm proud of my mental strength through this. Now before you go thinking "oh she should be happy she was thin, she's still not "fat" etc." that's not your place to say. While some wish to be that thin, I wish to build a great amount of mass. I have terrible genetics for serious muscle building and it's very discouraging most days. Everyone on social media posts their best angles, perfect lighting, edited to the hilt and sure why not? Who doesn't want to look perfect, but in a world of steroids and angles, it's hard for the little natty to keep the faith sometimes. I suppose the biggest blow for me is I know that the division I want to compete in (Figure) is a pipe dream for me for the next two years at least. Most of the figure girls walk onstage around the weight I am now. I have struggled like hell to gain (510C and 2 cheat meals a week) and when I cut I am going to be nowhere near the weight or the size that I need to be. I suppose I don't have an end point with my post, just keeping it real, angle free and showing it's not all stage lights and rainbows. If you actually read this far...thank you.
☀️• Diet changes from the boss and no weight training today which means a little less food but in this heat I'm totally cool with that 🙌🏼🙊☀️ Breakfast on the balcony #BeautifulMorning#BringOnTheSunshine Have a good Thursday • 😘☀️
This morning we sweat it out in the sun, sometimes it's not just about the workout, but the clarity that comes during and after we get moving,
get the heart beating
and keep going. 💜
