Then I started thinking about how damn lucky I am to study and work doing the things I LOVE EVERY SINGLE DAY. • To be honest, I don't heave a clear path of where I'm going or where I want to go. All I know is I'm on the right path and I'm doing anything I can do to get me there and I'm working my ass of to learn as much as possible. I promised you another (sped up - did you really think I could move that fast?!) video 🎥and another video you shall have. A few of the moves from today's burner 🔥 of a full body HIIT circuit. Seriously it'll make you sweat! 💦 💦💦The full list of exercises is below. Do each exercise for 35 seconds with a 15 second rest between moves. Have a 1 min rest before starting circuit 2 then complete as above. Complete both circuits at least 3 times. I also did a #glutes finisher so the whole thing took about 40 mins. - Weighted split squat
- Russian twist using plate (film 1🎥) 🔥Circuit 2 ✌️
- Overhead lunges with plate - Upside down chair (film 3 🎥)
- Shoulder taps on all 4s (film 2 🎥)
- Squat knee to elbow 🔥Glutes finisher
Do each exercise for 12 reps and 3 sets with a 30 sec break between - Glutes bridges with plate (film 4 🎥) - Kettlebell swings
- Goblet squats

Will_Dubb:A lot of these trainers will take your money and not give a damn if you get results or not. ME I'm not one of them I will stop training you if your going to make me look bad or if I think your B.S' ing. I'm going to hold you ACCOUNTABLE . So with that being said, DONT reach out to me to be your trainer if your not serious. Because I'm going to be on your head about your diet, make sure your doing your cardio and when I see your not giving me 100% I'm going to call you out. I'm a tough trainer I DONT baby my clients. what you see on INSTAGRAM is ONLY 1 minute of Highlights. Theres a lot of pain, sweet and complaining in my sessions. Dont think it's going to be easy. Great post by MCA athlete @bootybyalli - When you hear or see the word #fitmom what does that represent to you? A mom that works out and that's in great shape? Well to me it's much more than that. That woman might kick some major butt in the gym but is also queen of her domain. Getting it all done at home, at work and with her babies. A #fitmom is someone who is mentally and physically fit ready to take on anything thrown her way! Bills done, lights changed, garbage taken out, homework done, kitchen cleaned, workout done, job done, kids fed, kids bathed, dinner made, taxi service to after school activities, time spent with significant other... the list goes on and on. That woman is in all of us. Sometimes it's hard to get to the gym or your exercise class of choice after being pulled in a million different directions but we get crap done. To all the #fitmoms out there kicking some major booty day in and day out you are setting an amazing example for your children!! You are irreplaceable!!

Haha the boy in this video seems so fascinated that I'm taking a video of myself. Someone pointed it out to me the other day and asked if I needed a camera man because he always sees me trying to balance my phone in corners and on different equipment 😂😫 so hard filming yourself. Not a good video but just some cable flies to finish off my chest workout today. Sometimes I do these before and warm up using them.
Being healthy isn't just defined in how you physically look. But your mental health too. I preach so much about mental health because I feel it's over looked... We see so many beautiful people on social media platforms and seem to think if we look like that it will make us happy. Wrong. Feeling good comes from the inside too! I can be so cruel and critical of myself sometimes when I miss a lift or over eat because I couldn't help myself.. if your someone who is crazy self critical I urge you to rearrange the way you see yourself. Change your perspective. Focus on your positives. Instead of being down about missing a grade in college or uni, focus on what you've done well and achieved so far. If your physique isn't where you want it to be focus on what you have in the now. I still have my days where i'm super self concious and self degrading but it's so unhealthy. The path to self love for me has been mega bumpy but slowly were getting there😌.
