Top tips for making gainz:
1️⃣ Food- eat it!!!! Don't be afraid to eat well, and eat ENOUGH. Restricting will NOT make you any gains. Let me repeat that: GAINZ= food, eat a generous amount of it
2️⃣ Workout hard- make sure to challenge yourself in your sets, reps and weight that you use. Doing the same thing day in and day out WONT cause your body to grow and adapt. Change that sht up 🔥
3️⃣ Recover PROPERLY- this means take your rest days, stretch your body and foam roll when you need it! A tight muscle isn't going to be a well functioning muscle. You need to release that tension to grow and have your muscles take shape. When it doubt, stretch it out, foam roll it or rest it!!!! #bodybuildingtips#gains#bootygainz
Woke up after 9 hours of sleep LOL WUT 😳 got in my fasted cardio and trained a client all before 9 am. I'm happy about it. OH and I'm also happy about my 🍍 pop-socket.. like best $8 doll hairs I've ever spent. Anyways- HAPPY MONDAY! Make it a good one 🤙🏻

As I'm reaching the end of my 20's and have been training for just over a decade now, I am constantly looking for new ways to challenge myself and my body.... I cycle my training between periods focused on strength, gains and then also on endurance and conditioning... I'm always working on flexibility to keep my compound lifts in good form. I can no longer ONLY rely on my body and youth to correct my mistakes, laziness or carelessness. It's constant effort and consciousness day in and day out! You have the ability to have the body you want, but if you want to look like an athlete you need to train like one! You were born with a beautiful body that is capable of much more than you could imagine, what a shame it would be to go your whole life without realizing its potential!

Happy Monday you guys!
I got back last night from a trip to Jacksonville Lake in Texas 🌱
In all honesty I was hesitant to go because I didn't want to be away from the studio for 2 days (crazy, I know.)
Yoga has done so much for me but I have to be careful when the physical practice becomes my comfort zone. I love the dedication and discipline it takes, but it becomes something else when it makes me question spending an AMAZING weekend with amazing people.
You guys might not have this experience and it may just be my addict mind, but nonetheless I am so happy I left the studio behind and experienced something new.
(Oh yeah, and the studio is still standing and I'll be there today if you want to practice 10am/12pm) 🙃
