Try it. Feedback Appreciated. The Triple Drop in the Beginning is by Design to get those Shoulders Fired up. Warmup good to maximize these sets!

1️⃣Giant Set (3 Moves Consecutive) Side Delt Raise- Partial Side Delt Raise- Right Angle Side Delt Raise
3 sets. 10-12 Reps each Move.

2️⃣Bent Over Lateral Raise- 3 sets 10-12 reps each set

3️⃣Behind Neck Military Press- 3 sets 12 Reps each set

4️⃣Smith Machine Press(Kneeling/Narrow Grip)
3 sets 12 Reps each set

5️⃣Superset (2 moves consecutive) Smith Machine Upright rows wide grip- smith machine reverse shrugs wide grip
2 sets 20 Reps each

6️⃣Notes/Tips- Good Warmup- Avoid swinging- Push Weight when u can- rest avg 90/120 secs- Think about the Delts every rep... So Important.

One of my favorite shoulder developer movements!! The static alternating dumbbell press. It keeps constant tension on the muscle while giving you an AMAZING pump. Lateral raises x10 supersetted 
front raises x10 for 4 sets, 
4 sets of bent over lateral raises x10 
3 sets of lying barbell front raises,
and then behind the back cable lateral raises to finish! 
A real burnout workout!

I’m still nervous about my back during every #workout which has kept me from getting back into back squats or deadlifts. So for now, I’ll be sticking to what I feel comfortable with. I’m learning that I can modify and do other movements and still get a killer workout in.

1️⃣First move simulates a cable side fly, an exercise that’s typically performed using a cable machine...form is key...core stays tight, arm raises straight out to the side. I prefer 12 reps each side with lighter weight and increase weight while reducing reps for the next two rounds (ie; 10 reps with increased weight from previous set, 8 reps with even more weight)
2️⃣The Arnold Press...yep, named after RoboCop himself this move is killer for working your entire shoulder. Again, follow the old high rep/ low weight to low rep/ increased weight 💪🏼
3️⃣This move is basically two exercises in one...it’s essentially a side raise to overhead press. I cannot even move past doing 6 reps with 10lb dumbbells in each hand (I can do a shoulder press with 40 lbs each for 8 reps if that’s any help as to the pain you’ll feel with this one 😉)

Current physique update: 5 feet 11 inches at about a bodyweight of 174-175 bodyweight! Started winter break at about 168, and hoping to hit 180-185 and maintain that! Already getting chunky in my stomach, but i’m going to condition my body to be the strongest and most athletic at that bodyweight!!! 🦍 Second pic is better quality! 😋😇

Another way to blast the hell out of your shoulders. Attach the cables to to the lowest setting and perform as many dropsets as you can. Hit failure, drop the weight and keep going. Did a killer shoulder workout and I haven’t gone meat shopping yet but luckily improvising is my forte. Picked up some eggs from the gas station and slammed 12 of them. Definitely a top 5 way of making yourself throw the fuck up but its always good to cleanse yourself after a night of aggressively binge drinking. Brace yourselves, syllabus week is upon us. Arnold Press is a great movement I like to start my shoulder workouts with, because it’s using internal as well as external rotation to warm up your shoulders and rotator cuffs.

✅ Avoid Locking Out at the top, we want to keep constant tension on the muscle
✅ Elbows should be straight in front of your body at the bottom of the rep, not outward.
✅ Perform in ONE fluid movement, I see a lot of people doing a rep into a standard shoulder press and then shoulder pressing. Really focus on making it one fluid motion without stopping. If you are unable to do so, drop your weight.. I typically use about 1/2 the weight I would on a standard shoulder press for this movement.
