How to perform the TRAPS Release👇👇

1️⃣ Grab a 🎾 or lacrosse ball!
2️⃣ Pick which trap you will be doing first and place that arm behind your back!
3️⃣ Find a doorway or end of a wall!
4️⃣ Bend over and place the ball on your trap and press into the wall until you get to the pressure you desire!
5️⃣ While you maintain pressure into the ball, flex your head to the side. Think bringing your 👂🏼 to your shoulder!
6️⃣ Repeat!

Bow your head in honor for the weights that were sacrificed in my workout🙏🙏🙏 My shoulder routine tonight was: Guanlet style shoulder laterals starting at 17lbs Dumbells for 10 reps to 40lbs db for 6 reps. Then start from 50 of 7 reps and go down to 15lbs for 10 reps for a total of 2 full sets. Then standing dumbbell shoulder press of 50lbs for 10 reps for 4 sets. Front plate raises and superset wit 10lbs plate straight lateral raises for 10 reps each. Next I did 35lbs rear dealt with rope face pulls 12 reps super set for 4 sets. And finished with reverse grip shoulder shrugs for 5 sets of 20 reps using 90lbs. 
Shoulders are burnt! 💪💪💪 now time to go home and feed me and my cubs.
