6 Rope face pulls (71lbs)
15 Rope face pulls (38lbs)
6 DB Arnold presses (37.5lbs)
Shoulder press freed up - went there
6 Shoulder press (78lbs)
20 Shoulder press (50ish lbs - I forgot what it said)
AMRAP + DS @ 20lbs (45lbs, 35lbs last set)
6 Slow bent over DB curls (25lbs)
20 Lateral raises (30lbs)
23 Min jumprope
All of these moves today focus on the upper body.
I’m a big believer in women working their UPPER BODIES. I see beautiful shapely fit young ladies in the gym all day, monopolizing the squat rack for hours...... why? Because they ONLY do leg days. Every day.
OR I️ see lovely active women just treadmill/elliptical for an hour and call it a day.... why? Maybe they don’t wanna get “bulky”!😳🤔🤣 Ladies, don’t forget about your arms, back, chest and shoulders. Build that toned balanced physique. You will not get bulky, you will get sleek and strong looking.
