Das Trinken im Training wichtig ist, sollte jedem bewusst sein 鈽濔煆籄llerdings bin ich bestimmt nicht die einzige, die im Training das Trinken gerne mal vergisst 馃檲 Denn das Durstgef眉hl setzt erst viel zu sp盲t ein, bei einem Wasserverlust von 0,5 bis 1,5 Litern 馃槗 Da leidet dann gerne schon die k枚rperliche Leistungsf盲higkeit und der Kreislauf darunter!

Einfacher f盲llt mir das Trinken, wenn das Getr盲nk nach etwas schmeckt 馃憛 Daf眉r greife ich gerne zu BCAA-Pulver oder in Zukunft sicher auch 枚fter zum Whey Isolate von @qi2pro in der neuen Geschmacksrichtung Schwarze Johannisbeere 馃崌 Ich konnte die N盲hrwerte selbst kaum glauben aber so eine Flasche hat ungelogen 30g Eiwei脽, 0g Fett und 0g Kohlenhydrate. Das ist doch nicht normal oder? 馃槄 So versorge ich mich schon w盲hrend des Trainings perfekt mit Eiwei脽 ohne V枚llegef眉hl oder sonstiges. I'll switch between seated dumbbell presses and standing military barbell presses to begin my shoulder workouts. Lately I've been hitting standing military presses more frequently, mostly because I find it a lot more difficult and I've noticed my strength has gone down quite a bit on them.

The key here is not using momentum and/or your legs to cheat your reps. Unless you're on your last set and trying to get a few last reps in, DON'T use your legs鈥 you're only cheating yourself.

I warm up on the stairmill and search google or Pinterest for ideas so that I don't look like a goofball when I finally get down to the weight lifting area.  That's why Pinterest was invented, right? A great workout is never complete without a challenge of strength, balance and postural control! This is one of my favorite exercises that hits all of those areas. The unsupported seated face pull, today I pulled a solid 55lbs as part of a 4x8 triset. It works on grip strength, shoulder mobility, back and shoulder strength, core and glute activation and the ability to balance in an unsupported position. While I use this in my rotation for shoulders and back, if executed properly, this is definitely a full body exercise that can leave you feeling it鈥檚 effects everywhere in a hurry! #camrose #personaltrainer #fitness #bigpulls #upperbodyworkout #hypertrophy #shoulderworkout #backworkout #athleticdevelopment #changewithchallenge #pumped #pull

This month has some serious plank times and I鈥檓 pumped that my core is strengthening each day of this month!  The pushups were a bit rough as usual, but I pushed to the end of each set! 馃挭馃徑馃檶馃弸馃従鈥嶁檧锔.

Today has been nonstop, go go go, doing what I love. I taught at 515am, had clients mid-morning, did my shoulder workout and cardio, went to a going away party for one of my ladies from my downtown classes, and finally went out to the university to teach 2 more classes. -

It may have been a busy day and I may have been all over the place but I鈥檓 doing what I love so it doesn鈥檛 feel like work to me. I love helping people reach their goals and helping them make lifestyle changes. Getting through to just one person makes it worth it. I鈥檝e been there and know what it鈥檚 like to not know where to start or what to do so being able to share that knowledge makes me so happy and excited. -

>Smith machine glute Bridges 4脳10
>Leg curls 4脳ladders(2,3,5,10)
>Leg extensions 4脳ladders(2,3,5,10)
>Shoulder killers w/ dumbbells (10 front raises, 10 lateral raises, 10 overhead front raises, 10 shoulder presses w/ no breaks in b/w exercises) 4 sets
>Standing barbell rows 4脳8-12
>Weighted sumo squats 4脳8-12

Gotta love that shoulder馃敟before my shoulder workouts I will always start with some mobility exercises and trigger point releases. It allows me to work the muscle in it's entire range. As I need to be strong in all ranges for my aerial training I find it definitely helps.
