We start a new round Nov 6!
#myshredstory recap: 2 weeks of NO gluten, dairy, sugar, processed food, snacking, eating after dinner, carbs and (limited) caffeine! I lost 4 lbs, feel less bloated, have reduced cravings, sleep better and have clearer skin. All in all a successful @juiceplus_official #shred10 my third month in a row! I’ve seen SO much progress these past 3 & 1/2 months! #SLAYlavie 😜💗

Happy FriYAY!!!! SHRED10 is over yay!!!!!! So thankful to be a part of a wonderful inspiring and encouraging community. Now friends I won't lie, I don't always finish a Shred as strong as I would like. But my hubby had been doing it and even longer than the 10 days so that he could have a big reset. I was inspired! So I went in with it with friends and am very grateful!! Here are my results:
1. FIRST OFF, the one I am MOST EXCITED ABOUT IS...... I am now back to Pre-Pregnancy weight, YAY!!!!!!!!!!! ✔️
---Which means in 9 weeks I have lost over 25 lbs and I am pretty proud!!😃--- 2.Over 6 inches lost all over ✔️ 3.I detoxed and have been having no headaches! ✔️ 4. I have been feeling better in clothes ✔️ 5. I have been feeling stronger in workouts!✔️ 6. My not so great cravings have been greatly reduced!✔️ 7. I have had less bloating! ✔️ 8. I overall feel better and healthier!!✔️ Friends, this isn't a diet or a a quick fix. If it was I wouldn't do it, because I don't believe in that sort of thing! It never works or sticks. This Is a fun short program for 10 days to help you make simple changes that may even be long lasting in your health journey! I am thankful for this reset and for this wonderful challenge to help my health!:). A health left to itself will only get worse without making changes. What changes will you make today?! Good morning early birds! Got up this morning (by jumping in bed thanks to my alarm scaring the crap out of me! ⏰) went to the gym, had a so/so cardio work out, had a GREAT foam rolling session (hurts so good! 🤤) and a super nummy bowl of gluten free oatmeal with some cocoa powder, aloha protein powder and ALL THE FRUIT! 🍓🍌🍓🍌
It’s already Thursday and I’m so ready for the weekend! Hoping to take some time for myself, meal prep and just relax before wedding activities next weekend! 👰🏻🤵🏻(not mine but a dear friends!) Things I’m grateful for:
1. Cubbies win! 🐻
2. Foam rollers to help my knee stop hurting
3. Sore muscles cause I love feeling the work I put in
4. Family dinners outside in October 😱(it was so so lovely last night)
5. Friends and family all coming into town soon - I can’t wait to squeeze them all!
