Next Monday I will be attempting multiple PR's in the three main compound lifts!💸
I will be going for a 102kgs (225lbs) bench which is 10kgs above my one rep max last month!🙌🏽
Next I will be attempting to deadlift 148kgs (325lbs) which is roughly 20kgs above my last months one rep max🔥(conventional)
Lastly on squat I'd like to hit a 142kg (315lbs) squat which is 10kgs over last months personal best and has been a lifetime goal of mine for awhile!👌🏽
All of these will be attempted at a bodyweight of 68kgs (150lbs) at 5'10-11💪🏽
Please wish me luck for next Monday and pray that my tendinitis doesn't act up🙏🏽🙅🏽♂️
MANGO & COCONUT POPSICLE 🌴
I got addicted to Smooze Coconut & Mango but since I'm poor these days I thought why not try make my own? I ended up with these fruity vegan-friendly and guilt-free popsicles!
-200g frozen mangoes
-150ml Lite coconut milk
-150ml coconut water
You can add extra sweetener for added sweetness but I chose not to (I tried stevia the first time and it just tasted weird), and not adding anything else means they end up being lower in calories!
Macros (divided into 7 popsicles): P 0.28 C 6.31 F 1.45

High pull on a core board. Great movement for your back. Push your hips back, keep your gut strong, drop your upper body down keeping your back flat then pull your hands to your ears. Try this with your feet in the floor first then progress to a bosu ball. ----------------------------------------------------------

Last training session done in Australia. My bro @dschneider_1990 hits that stage in the Philippines in his first pro show ! My excitement for him could never be described. Had to #repost an old video of mine to remind myself why I started. Not everyday will be perfect, but what separates you from everyone is still going at it when life seems so difficult. It did not happen to me overnight. It takes time, patience, and perseverance. But I get my strength from the guy above.

A big shout out to @nundahjugs for his unbelievable transformation this year dropping 20kgs in the 1 transformation challenge this year and taking it out, then followed it up with another 20kg drop in our most recent challenge take out 2nd place!!!
Sometimes I look at myself and say I'll never be good enough but when I look at my progress through the years, I've come so far from where I once was and sometimes I can be proud of myself... there's always room for improvement, every single person is a work in progress. Nobody is perfect, nobody but you can always create new goals, improve current goals and be the best version of you you can possibly be as long as you're moving forward and not backwards then you are always doing better then you were before... NEVER give up on your dreams, ever. I may never be a professional but I feel damn good about what I've done and I wouldn't trade the progress I've made for anything. I learned a lot from bodybuilding, it's changed my life for the best and I'm always looking for more Even if it's adding 1 pound to a lift... people can say and think what they want but improvements are improvements none the less, if you're proud of you that's all that matters. Learn to love yourself. You can't buy this, inherit it, or steal it... you have to earn it, it takes dedication, constant work, and passion and that's true progress when no material object or amount of money can get you what you want, you just have to want it bad enough to do it and I've done it, and I'll keep doing it till god takes me away from it. Attempting to go #UltraInstinct 🤤 To all my #DragonBallSuper friends 🔥 Had a killer back workout with @body_by_bravo and @ryan_cantos and while we were training @body_by_bravo and I had a talk about how awesome our workouts have been because of how structured they are. I compare life to working out a lot because there really are similarities (lessons, goals, etc.) Take the time to reflect on your own life, and see if it lacks structure. And if it is lacking, develop some structure by making a plan, setting some goals, and being consistent 💯 #Productivity
Finally had a great leg day without any knee issues! It's been over 3 months since I've had a decent leg workout. Hoping to get back under the squat rack ASAP.
Also, Sterling golds has great leg workout equipment(like this one pictured) compared to Ashburn & Clocktower golds.
