I am my own guinea pig. 2 sets of 315 lbs for paused doubles followed by some other sets of low bar not shown. Also did some deadlift accessories (405 lb shrugs and 45 lb pull ups) because I want to be a doctor when I grow up. Paging @doctor.deadlift.

Yesterday was the start of the chest/shoulders/tricep workout. Lots of doms today. Already missing my chest /back superset workout which allows you to leave the gym Swole. Got to the keep body guessing. It knows what coming if you do the same workout everytime and will adapt. Human body amazes me.
