I aim to stay within a relatively low range (strength/skill: 2-5 reps) and never intend to max out. There’s also the option to combine static stretching during the set - @felixma_

Pancake update! It’s been 3 months since I’ve done any focused stretching and I was afraid I’d lost the gains I made earlier this year on the pancake and side splits. So after week 4 of GMB’s Elements program, I thought it would be fun to check in and see where things are at. And holy shit! The pancake is better (and easier) than before. What a lovely surprise!
