Day 8 #silentyogis we bring you Down Dog for tomorrow
Once you feel balanced in the pose (heels do not need to touch the ground), begin to focus on your breath. Breathe in through the nose slowly and out through the nose slowly. Allow your body to respond to your breath. Try imagining the breath coming in through the hands and going out through the feet.
Enjoy how it feels to give yourself fully to the pose 💙

#motivationmonday Discpline is one of the pillars of success but it is something that tends to be overlooked. However, how do you develop your discipline? Can you develop it? Absolutely, it is like a muscle. One of the simplest ways I use to improve my discipline is to everyday take some time to sit in solitude and shift from doing to being.
