🔹280g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
🔹80g Almond Milk (unsweetened)
🔹30g Protein Powder (@vega_team)
🔹16g Peanut Butter
🔸 51g Protein
✨You can alter the amount of any ingredient to fit your macros, or add/swap for other ingredients you like! 👍 Sometimes I'll add blueberries or a banana instead of strawberries. I also change up the protein flavor and the nut butter for variety 🙌
✨If you need to amp up your carbs, 😍 I like to have a pack of oats alongside this meal 😋

Vegan raspberry zucchini bread 😊 it was originally suppose to be blueberries but the commissary on base didn't have any so improvised. I haven't been feeling very well but baking usually gets my mind off of things.
This recipe has lots of ingredients but was surprised how everything came together. It's not too sweet but very moist. Made these for mid morning snack. Below is the recipe!
3 Tbsp Flax meal
7 1/2 Tbsp water
*mix these together and set aside*
2 Cups whole white wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
1 cup grated zucchini
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 Cup apple sauce
1/2 Cup almond milk
2 Tbsp coconut oil melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries or raspberries
*mix the dry and wet ingredients separately then poor the wet into the dry ingredients. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes ☺️
