My husband thinks it's weird taking phots of dinner. It's fun! Thai style chicken and veg stir fry with rice noodles and kale "crispy seaweed" Did splash out literally on some #siracha sauce for the Thai style sauce.
So easy, stir fry veg and chicken with garlic and ginger, add sauce made from coconut milk, lime, dash of soy sauce and siracha sauce, then add noodles. Ok, I promise this is the last mandu post (for now). In this variation, I pan fried their bootys and then steamed them in the pan. Then smothered them in kewpie (you can use vegan mayo mixed with a little rice vinegar and mirin) and sriracha then shoved them into your dumpling hole!
