So so grateful for the love & kindness I received for my #metoo sharing. ☀️
Here getting to know raga Jhinjoti. ☀️
It took me a while to get to know my sitar again after the incident, but we are old friends. I was 9 when we first met, so the bond is strong like sunshine ☀️ she has helped me heal immensely.
My new friend Sharmila. She played sitar on my upcoming album “Silver & Gold”. We never met because I was unable to be at the studio when she recorded her track. Last night we were playing at the same gig and we finally got to meet eachother and I was able to personally hand her an album. She is such a beautiful person! Love our small world 🌎
