Decided to add in a seated dumbbell shoulder press into my workout today. I did 40 pound dumbbells for sets of 10-12 reps. Definitely enjoyed doing these as a alternative to a standing/seated barbell press or even a standing dumbbell press. Seated dumbbell press will emphasize the deltoids leading to rapid growth. -

Today begins a journey to the New Year. I kicked off my day by beginning Shift Shop. A program that gave me the mental fortitude to overcome any obstacle the first time I went through it. I’m definitely looking forward to spending the next three weeks seeing @chrisdowningfitness on my tv screen about every day pushing my mental ability to its max!
