Today I started the day in an #endurance kinda way 😄 Jogged 2,5 km. to the gym, then directly into the thoraxtrainer/skierg, and made a new longest workout on it - 10 sweaty kms 😅 took me aprox. 1h6min ... in an sustainable pace, not too hard, but warm for sure 😳😄 then a 3 km jog home (took another route)

Finished my workout with intervals on the #skierg 10x 30s on and 30s off #concept #timelapse This way my heart rate always goes through the roof and I get rid off all the excessive food from the last 4 days 😅👊🏼 @concept2germany Today again lighter weights and more volume: 5x5 bench press, ss 4x10 one arm cable row & cable cross, ss 4x10 weighted dips & bicep curls and 4x8 one arm lateral raises.

Complete the 500m ski, hop on the air assault for 50 calories, then finish with 500m row. Then cut down the meter count by 100 and the calories by 10. When you finish the 100/10/100 round go back up.
At the end you'll have done 3000m on both the row and ski and 300 calories on the air assault. My time today was 48:30.
