First Snatch since September🏋🏻♀️ For the first time didn’t feel any discomfort in my shoulder, maybe because I warmed up very well, or maybe because it’s recovered🤔 Any ways I’m not going to push it now, going to stick with comfortable weigh and just work on my technique, because it’s really need to be improved!!! I've been attending #otf classes every week since the summer of 2017, and boy! What a difference!!!! .
As most of you know, I'm a lover of running ... and since beginning #otfmoore classes, I've knocked a minute off my per mile pace! I'm feeling stronger than ever, too! I'm seriously amazed how much I've been able to push myself at these classes. Gearing up for the OKC Memorial Half Marathon and hoping (and on track) to PR big time!!! .

📸en el momento justo porque su cara de euforia es lo massss y la identifica totalmente 💕. Cambiando el tema... Los cambios y logros ocurren cuando somos mas fuertes que las excusas💪🏽, hay días que lucho contra las ganas de quedarme acostada 🛏, pero si olvidamos limites ❌ y nos ponemos metas💆🏽♀️, los resultados, siendo disciplinados y constantes, vienen solos.
Comparaciones? Solo con mi YO sedentario, porque si me comparo con musas del mundo fit (tipo michelle lewin, sascha o mi @mignaciad 😊) mis cambios son un chiste😂, pero en mi realidad, con lo que estoy dispuesta hacer y como me siento conmigo misma🙋🏽♀️... es suficiente😅, asi que por minimo que sea el logro hará que se sientan increíble igual💫.

Believe it or not I was skinnier than I am now. Here I am in the same gym, same locker, the same tank top, but not the same person, not only because of the small changes in my physique, but what time and life makes us, not a day goes by that we do not evolve. Although the differences in the photos are not many, I feel that they reflect the effort and dedication in which I have tried to wrap my health both physical and mental. Exercising does my body as well as my soul, makes me feel happy, full of energy and at peace with myself. I can see that nothing is impossible! My body has an extremely fast metabolism ( with every breath I lose 10 pounds😭😒🤣) therefore it is very difficult for me to gain weight and muscle, so to see this change is like winning the lotto! 🤣🤣 You can do it! What ever is you want to achieve you have to work hard and put aside excuses, it's not easy but you can! 🤗👏💪
