I'm so excited to try all of these!! I had the Havana Rum this morning. Good strong coffee, with really tasty flavouring, not artificial or sweetener tasting 😍😍😍
#CWPday15 - done 💪🏻 very happy to have lost 5lbs (2.25kg) this week and I've got some mix-a-mousse!! I've also borrowed some @wearelittles coffee to try from @cwp_tania - I'll be having rum flavoured coffee in the morning 🤣😍
Today I've had a Strawberry & Apple bar, a Lemon Yoghurt bar, a Chicken Tikka Savoury Rice and a Banana shake made into a mousse! Pretty awesome mix-a-mousse, weird, but awesome.
2 herbal teas. 1 cup of tea.
3 litres of water and CWP flavoured water. Neeeeeeed more water tomorrow!!
Tomorrow I'm having a step 3 day, as I'm off to London for the day, but it's all going to be low carb, to hopefully stay in Keto 💪🏻
#CWPday14 - done 💪🏻 spent a lot of time in bed, but cold/flu symptoms seem to have improved!

It's been a long time since I've felt good about my appearance.
I have always tried to accept myself the way I am, wether I was a size 8 or 16.
However, after 2 pregnancies (twins and a singleton), I've turned into the biggest me ever: size 18 at 4 months post partum, a saggy tummy and big (& AWESOME!!) breastfeeding boobies.
I've realised that I am no longer able to pretend I'm confident or even comfortable in my own body. I need to change in order to love myself. I need to become fit and healthier so I can keep up with my girls!
So, yesterday I joined #slimmingworld as a first step to become a new me.
I came across a post earlier this evening which was so inspiring but at the same time struck a nerve and really upset me. The way she described the mental struggles she faced in relation to her weight etc - I was like OMG that’s exactly how I feel! And I cried for a good ten minutes! Loosing weight and gaining the internal rewards from it are amazing but it’s absolutely not all sunshine & rainbows. The struggles are real both physically and mentally - it’s a constant battle daily! And some people are lucky that it’s a battle they’ll never have to face or try to understand. Sometimes it’s hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel and you have days where you just want to give up!! But then I sit and remember the reasons why I started . It wasn’t cause I’m getting married as I joined SW 13 months before I was engaged (although of course it is another motive to keep going and reach my goal) it was cause I wanted to change and lead a healthier life and finally look after myself! I joined Instagram to blog my journey from day one and share it with other people on the same journey! And also to join an amazing social community who support one another through both the triumphs and tribulations! So I think it’s important to be completely open & honest about all aspects of a weight loss journey! We all have our down days regardless of the origin and that’s part of being human. But we need to remember the reasons we started and hold on to them in our down days!
