It's weird, looking in the mirror I don't see/feel it but as soon as I put my pictures together this happens ❤️ I'm truly thanking myself today for not giving up! Even though I had a couple bad months, I pushed through and I'm so thankful to have reached a place in my life where my health means everything to me! I used to work out at home, practiced yoga for a while, and played 🎾 tennis. I spent💲money on workout DVD’s (remember those🙄), thinking the new program would be better than the old one. I worked out for months, hoping to get the body I wanted, but results were average 😯. Don’t get me wrong, I honestly followed the plan they suggested on the DVD. I got better at jumping jacks and sit-ups. I improved my 🏃♀️stamina and💃 balance. All was fine besides the fact that I didn’t have fit body. I could run for 2 hours on the tennis court during steamy New York ☀️summer. I could do yoga poses. I could even do pushups! But my butt still didn’t look good in tight jeans. All these workouts were focused on cardio or stretching, which I thought would help my behind. I lost weight, but it was not my goal. 👉What was missing from this whole picture? Muscle mass.
Only when I started going to gym with a purpose of 🏋️♀️lifting weights, I saw results I wanted all that time. No amount of Brazilian Butt Lift will match a proper squat or deadlift. If your goal is to have fit looking body, then working with weights is the way to go💪.
☝️Invest into personal trainer. Find a trainer who can show you results from his previous client with similar starting points to yours. Investing into developing a proper technique on your lifts is the smartest thing you can do. It will help you ⬆️progress faster and avoid🤕 injury. A right personal trainer can do it for you. You sure can watch countless YouTube videos, read articles on proper technique, take videos of yourself and use it to improve, but it's going to cost you dearly in YOUR free time. Even worse, it may just discourage you from working out in the first place. Trainers have that knowledge at their fingertips right when you need it – in the gym. Once you done with your workout, you are free to go about your business, spend time with your family, and relax.
